How are you licensed to cut hair when you can barely do a fade and it was so uneven and terrible I had to recut my own hair at my house. 3 stars is generous because she was nice

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. The stylist here are very kind and do a great job!
I’ve moved here from California 2 years ago and have jumped from hair stylist in Boston time after time. They weren’t bad stylist just couldn’t quite get the cut I was asking for.
A few weeks ago I had my haircut by Carla. She was great, I gave her the directions in which I wanted my hair cut in (which I’ve given to every stylist) and it was spot on! She’s very precise and has great attention to detail. My haircut doesn’t feel «generic» because of the time and attention she’s puts in.
I saw Carla again today and once again the haircut is exactly what I asked for and wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her.

It was my first time to have a haircut here. I got result more than what I expected. Destiny did my hair. She’s so nice and did an awesome job. Will definitely comeback here.

Sharline is the worst hair stylist I have met. She has a terribly negative attitude and should NOT be in a customer facing job. As a stylist, she is supposed to understand what her customer wants when explained in lay man terms. I wasn’t asking for something complicated and never had to explain so much to a stylist before. Instead she was getting agitated and was rude. I have had decent experiences at Supercuts in the past. But this pathetic experience will keep me from visiting again. If you go there, don’t have Sharline cut your hair.

I really liked this location. I walked in a spur of the moment and had my hair cut off. The girls were so friendly and nice, the place was clean, and when they told me there would be a wait they were very accurate about it. They were so welcoming that I forgot I was at a business because it felt like walking in and talking with friends you’ve known for a while. Haha loved it

I recently had my haircut at Supercuts in Brighton. My hair is impossible to mess up. Or so I thought! Such a terrible experience. Just glad that hair grows back.

I’m curious as to why this place doesn’t have a high review. I live down the street and have gone there the past 4 times in a year and a half of living in brighton. They are always attentive to me… i walk in and there is no wait. Also, the hairstylist are pleasant and experienced. My favorite is Ashley, she is really impressive! She remembers my hair cut and even gives me suggestions that makes my hair look great! She cares about your hair and makes sure she gives you exactly what you want. I have never gotten a haircut that I liked until now!

My husband is very picky about his hair cuts, and he has found his new salon. Close, clean, cheap and friendly stylists. They also sell a full line of products. Not sure how they are for womens cuts, coloring, foils, etc. but my hubby is very content.

I really love this Supercuts! I have long, wavy blonde hair and came in for a trim but was complaining about how my hair was really dry and tangly lately. The woman cutting my hair suggested a awapuhi conditioning treatment that they give you which adds kerotin to your hair. I decided to try it out and completely loved it. It was only $ 15, and changed my hair to feel softer and fuller. My cuts have always been great there as well, and they are extremely efficient. The stylists are friendly and considerate as well. If you need a cut and don’t need the prestige of a fancy salon, check out the Brighton Supercuts.

I have been to this Supercuts location at least 4 times for several cuts and colors, and have had great experiences each time… with different stylists too. I had my first haircut here when they opened last year (in the winter… I think?), and haven’t been anywhere else since. I have had haircuts at expensive salons in Boston, and honestly believe the quality of service here is equal, if not better.
PS — Why is there a positive review that is not visible because it is «filtered»??

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I urge anyone looking for a haircut to never step foot in this salon.
I was going away this weekend and I needed a quick trim, 2 inches off. I usually go to another salon, but in order to save money decided to go here instead. The stylist Alexis, was very nice, and very talkative, but does not know what a straight line is. I should have taken the empty salon as a sign. I thought all was well until I got home a straightened it. My hair is butchered beyond belief, it looks like I let my 10 year old brother cut it. I am going to have to cut another inch off just to get it even. I should have saved the 20 bucks and cut it myself.

Nice new salon in a nice strip mall. The wait wasn’t bad and the barbers seemed nice. I wish they could cut hair though. I live down the street so I chose this joint for convenience over anything, but damn do they suck at cutting hair. I let my hair grow out, I’d say 8 weeks at a time before I go for a trim. Every time I ask for a simple fade to scissors and every time I leave with a buzzed head because they mess up somehow. I have never left here happy, and always have to take off a few leftovers with my beard trimmers when I get home. I will be making the drive to the next barber down the street because you have clearly deemed yourselves as mediocre stylists at best.
