I cannot give Zarik enough starts. Seriously, this guy has our back as though he were on our team, working on our projects. He never misses a beat, the quality is always superb, he’s quick, responsive, and gets us materials within deadlines, if not earlier every time. Totally breaks the mold of the past printers I’ve worked with. I’ll never work with anyone else.

Ruth and the team at Fong Brothers are the best. Always so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly fast. I work at an e-commerce startup in SF and have used the company for printing press booklets, coupons, full-size photo posters, note cards and more — and have always been happy with the results. They will deliver to you in the city, and even drop-off the proof (rather than emailing it) if your deadline permits. I highly recommend them.

It’s hard to believe I get to be the first to provide a rating for Fong Brothers. They are a hidden gem and I suppose everyone who knows about them probably wants to keep the secret. I like to think of Fong as «right sized» … they are big enough to be competitive and deliver very high quality printing and fulfillment services yet not so big that they would ever forget your name. I’ve worked with them off and on for 10 years and everything they’ve done is flawless. What I love is that over those 10 years, I’ve worked with the same reliable people. This is a business that keeps their employees. I’ve also seen them evolve their capabilities to meet with the evolving needs of their customers. I would recommend them highly.
