What sets this hotel apart from others is the service, and especially Thomas at the front desk. He provides genuine friendly and helpful service. You can’t imagine how nice it is after a long day in the car battling aggressive northern VA drivers, to be greeted (personal and patient with slow moving and hard of hearing) and helped (room type, nearby food). We keep coming back because we are treated so well.
On the facilities — it is a nice basic hotel. This is a travelers hotel. Great location– just off the 81. The TV and bed are really nice. The rooms are clean. There is plenty of parking with gas, BoJangles, and Cracker Barrel nearby.
