Staff was very pleasant. Service was fast but the Food fell short on taste. Chicken looked almost burnt and taste like it had been deep fried in very old oil.

We stopped on our way from Dallas to graduation of a family member in Virginia.(Yay, Mary Baldwin College! Congrats Keni!!) The food tasted just like home! In the courtyard, the manager came out to greet us!(Awesome!!) He asked us how our wait was and how our food was.(Awesome customer service!!) We told him just like at Chick-Fila back home.(17 hrs away… sigh) He chatted with us for a bit about our trip before going to another table to ask about service.(Superior manager!!) We’re grateful to the Lord that we stopped here!

Another visit. Another great chicken sandwich. Sadly, however, we ordered their chicken soup and was told it would be about 20 minutes! Yikes! No thank you. With apologizes they gave us two coupons for free chicken sandwiches. Nice. GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE! Love Chick-Fil-A!

Ok, I actually came to a mall Thanksgiving weekend. But it wasn’t to shop, no it was(as mentioned previously) to take photos for Unilocal and to have Chick-n-Minis. They are awesome! Chicken Nuggets on Sister Shubert Rolls. Just heavenly!!! Love the lemonade also!!! It made being at the mall yesterday worth it! It gets the fifth star because of the service. Good Southern Hospitality. It took a few minutes to get me my order, but they gave me my lemonade quickly and made me feel like I was visiting a friend’s home. Lots of smiles, greeting their guests(yes, I say guests because that is how they treated them), and making sure that all needs were met. The staff seemed to be happy to be here, that they were working with friends or family. Their smiles and attitudes were infectious, passing on to those husbands and boyfriends that had been dragged to mall to shop with their significant others.
