This used to be a great Taco Bell, but I think all of their good employees went to the one on the Volunteer Parkway. I recommend that one, instead, it’s very good. State St. needs a shot in the arm — it’s gotten very slow and unreliable.

Don’t. Go. Here… unless you like waiting in lines and have nothing better to do with your life. We were in the drive-​thru lane for 20+ minutes. Nobody needs a taco that badly.

14 MINUTES TO MAKE 1 CRUNCHY TACO!
The WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have visited this location twice… months apart and they were awful both times! Severely understaffed!
In addition to taking 11 minutes to make 1 crunchy taco they gave me a soft taco instead and I had to wait another 3 minutes for them to fix it!
They were also out of mild sauce.
