No comment on the surgeon’s skills, as I am the designated driver rather than the patient. However, I came with my husband and, while we arrived in time, we had to wait 75 minutes to be called. We were not notified of the long wait time. I feel that doctors, at this point, should be able to work their schedule better, and if something comes up, it’s easy to notify patients that they should arrive later. I see a lot of specialists for various reasons, and almost all of them have cut wait times down to 5 minutes or less. If you come as the driver, there is plenty of reading material. But be prepared for an extremely loud television playing awful talk shows. And if you have back problems, bring a cushion. There are only three padded chairs, which were obviously chosen first as people arrived. There are wooden benches and chairs, and my herniated discs were not happy. Other than that, the temperature is kept at a comfortable level. I encountered a number of staff, both in person and on the phone. Everyone except one nurse is very pleasant. I will have my husband review the practice. But, if you are coming to wait for a patient, expect to be uncomfortable, particularly if you have back problems.
