On Saturday, 9÷19÷15, I had dinner at Quito’s for the first time. The food and prices were decent. The service was that great. Our waitress «Rachel» did not seem like she wanted to be there. Very dry not very friendly person. If the service would have been decent, I would have given Quito’s four stars.
