Wow. This place has gone DOWN HILL and FAST. My husband and I had three iPhones to sell, one of which was like new condition, 32GB and worth every bit of $ 250-​$ 300 dollars (And I have sold it since on Ebay for that much). For one, the place is absolutely filthy. Two, the two employees (neither was the owner that I have worked with in the past and who I do like) were both CLEARLY on drugs, meth most likely. They couldn’t focus on anything, they kept bouncing to different subjects and had a hard time actually talking to us. Three, they wanted to offer me $ 25 for my phone because «Oh, it’s a Sprint phone?! Yeah, that’s too bad, they’ve sold out! So these phones are basically worthless.» Um, that is an utter load of complete crap. So I said, «Really? That’s interesting because I actually worked for sprint and I have several hundred friends who still work for Sprint and I have literally heard nothing about that.» (I worked for Sprint for almost 5 years and just left the company). He said «Oh yeah it’s all over the news in California it just hasn’t hit here yet.» Oh, because we don’t have the interwebs and news travels by Pony Express? Please. Needless to say we didn’t sell to them but beware, these guys will blatantly lie to you to try and pull one over on a customer. Fortunately, I’m not an idiot.

Stay Away!!! Rip off
1. Frank doesn’t have a clue about iPhones, he thought the camera was the part that vibrates on the inside of the phone.
2. He charged me $ 130 + tax to repair the screen, which I had to get replaced 3 months later bc not only did he give me a cheap screen from China, but he also did a poor job of installing it.
3. I had a guy do the same exact job for $ 60 and gave me an otter box for free yesterday. Who btw told me how bad frank screwed it up when he opened the phone.
4. Replacing a digitizer and screen on an iPhone should take an hour due to so many small screws and parts inside… Frank did it in 20 mins. Is he that much quicker than other experts or is it careless work?
Ppl never go there, tell your friends and family to never go, tell them to tell their friends and family to never go.
I’m not the type to post a review but this incident has changed things, hopefully I can save someone else from getting robbed.
