I thought he would be trusted but was wrong. Providing supporting cost data for my rented condo water heater replacement in two instances for different models at higher prices from what was installed.

Soko Services was a life saver. My wife and I had been working through our home warranty company to replace our air conditioning unit and the warranty company had sent two different A/​C technicians to diagnose the problem. Neither one was able to figure it out. Soko Services spent the time to figure out the problem and walked me through what needed to be done to fix the issue. They were an advocate for me with the home warranty company and were great at communicating the timeline for repairs/​replacement. They flawlessly replaced my A/​C unit (a difficult and tricky job since it was on a townhouse complex roof) and now my wife and I are sleeping comfortably again.
I liked the company so much I almost hope something else in my house breaks so I can give them more work. They actually care about their customers.
