I was quite impressed. Check in was easy, staff extremely friendly and my room was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely use this hotel again. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had from any other hotel.

This was a pleasant surprise. Very clean room. Nice facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

New property with a friendly staff. I was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Felt like I was in a much classier hotel than the Hampton reputation.

I have been here for two months. It is my base for a consulting job I am doing. This is a great place. The room is clean, the free breakfast buffet has what I like to eat, the staff is very friendly, and the hot tub is hot. Only one issue; the wireless network is spotty. It often takes me 2, 3, 4, or more tries to log on. The connection drops, sometimes in the middle of my working. Oh, and this hotel is VERY bicycle-friendly. There are two bicycles in my room.

The rooms are comfortable – nice linens, good mattress, nicely appointed. The breakfast, however, is awful. Lukewarm oatmeal, limited fresh fruit, rubbery eggs, hot water for tea that tastes of coffee… No yogurt. There was only one person working in the breakfast room and the room was packed. She was working hard, but couldn’t keep up. Hotel management needs to staff this shift more appropriately – and provide more appealing and healthful choices.

We recently spent 7 nights at various hotels in small towns in upstate New York, and this one was far and away the best. I’m sure it’s the most expensive place in town, but we paid more elsewhere for less. We certainly felt we got a great value. The evening desk clerk was extraordinarily nice and helpful. The room was lovely — everything practically sparkled. The bathroom was delightful. We utilized the common room for an impromptu pizza party, as well as the hot tub. Both exceeded our expectations. And the hotel proved very bike-friendly(we were traveling by bicycle). If the 20 or so extra bucks you pay vs. the other places in town isn’t coming directly out of the mouths of your children, stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

This new hotel has by far the most amenities and nicest décor of any of the three hotels in Brockport. It’s located close to both the Econolodge and Dollinger’s, so location is about the same, but the new Hampton Inn is the only one with a gym(nicely equipped, with free disposable headphones for guest use) and an indoor heated swimming pool. The free breakfast buffet is ample, and our guest room was large, with surprisingly high ceiling and much more stylish décor than the other two hotels, plus nice in-room amenities that even include hand sanitizer. Service was very pleasant as well. My only beef is that the room rates tend to be pricey for a hotel of this level in a small town. But if you’ve got to overpay, at least this hotel has a pool and a gym, which the other two do not.
