OK, since my last review things have certainly gone downhill here. No matter what you do, they cannot seem to get an order right. When you order in the drive thru, they ask you the same questions 3 times and then give you the wrong food. This happens 3 out of 4 times that I come here. When you ask for extra sauce packets they give you 3 of them for 10 items. Umm do the sauce packets come out of your paycheck? I think not. You ask for diet and they give you regular. They even look through your bag and read your order to you at the window and still its the wrong food in the bag. Call to complain to a manager and be given the verbal bj of «I will talk to them and let them know. Do you want me to replace your food thats missing?» No, its embarassing to me as the customer to have to repeatedly come in showing a receipt and being questioned about every detail. Why didnt they care this much the first time? How hard is it to make a freaking taco, wrap it, and put it in a bag? I don’t know what the employees here are smoking but corporate needs to start fresh at this location from the managers to the guy that mops the floor, they all need to be replaced.

Tried the new breakfast today, decided to go with a crunch wrap and waffle taco, both sausage of course. As a fast food addict boy was I excited, love me some Taco Bell. Results were a lil disheartening, I’d eat this shit again but I’m not going out of my way to do it.
