An open letter to Mike, the project manager from Air Assurance who handled our new HVAC installation: Many thanks to you and your crew for the professionalism and timeliness with which you performed our new system installation. Martin showed himself to be very knowledgable and detailed in his work. Christian is a go-getter with a great attitude. It was a pleasure working with them both. Also, I want to thank you for looking at and diagnosing issues in our whole home, not just the slapping in a new unit. I’m sure that the increased efficiency will pay dividends for years. Whatever marketing budget Air Assurance devotes to your work in the cycling community certainly paid off for them in our case. It’s always a crap shoot when you are trying to think of or get recommendation for a contractor. Seeing the Air Assurance logo on cycling jerseys plants a seed, however subliminally, that you are a company that supports a sport that I love. On top of that, seeing Air Assurance associated with the charitable work that you do personally, whether its one of the charity rides you support or the kids cycling club you work with makes me consciously think, «That’s a guy and a company that I want to be associated with.» I’m sure that I’m not the only customer for life that Air Assurance has gained through their support and visibility with cycling. I hope to see your red and blue jerseys on the road for years to come.

I hightly reccomend Air Assurance. They assesses my house for making the upstairs more balanced in cooling. Instead of just walking in and saying«you need a bigger a/c unit,» Mike actually crawlled around my attic and gave me a full assessment. He used a heat camera and logically explained my problem spots. He said that I would be better served with spray foam insulation for an immediate fix on the upstairs. Thank you for taking the high road and helping me with my problem versus just making money on a new a/c unit! Unilocalers they are pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Beware!!! This is a poorly run company. I had a new HVAC unit installed at a rental property I own in Tulsa back in May. Soon after the install a gas leak was found and Air Assurance replaced the gas line and a leak behind the water heater. To say that I’ve had a hard time paying for the repairs is an understatement. I had to request an invoice multiple times, once it was received it was $ 1,300 over the quoted price. I have phone records of the numberous called I placed. I finally asked the receptionist for an email address to send my documentation to. She assured me that Linda would call me when she returned to the office that afternoon. I never received a call. That was in October. I emailed Linda the same day and I only recieved an acknowledgement 10 days later and no real response for a month. I still hadn’t received corrected invoices and today I received an email threatening to turn my account over to collections after the first of the year, which is beyond frustrating since I have been trying to pay what is owed. I submitted a request to contact the owner on their website, promptly recieved an email response from Linda, and hours later finally received a call(for the first time ever) from Mike, presumably the owner. Mike was unapologetic, rude and accusatory. He did however hand the phone off to someone who would finally take my money. I will never ever choose to do business with this company again!

Took me to the cleaners a while back. Thirteen hundred dollars later I still didn’t have air conditioning. Went last summer without it and had to replace it this year. Their website talks about highly trained technicians that I saw vent Freon into the atmosphere, tried to put Freon 22 into my puron system, told me I had no gas when they had failed to turn on a valve. Just on and on, highly overpriced parts. Go somewhere else.

I for one will NOTEVER use them again. Needed a capacitor for my home a/c unit. Was 6pm. A lady called me back and was going to see if they could get me the part. Was willing to pay extra but I was going to install it. She gave me some lame excuse that she can’t sell me it cause its against the law… but would see and call me right back. For one. if you say your going to call me back. CALLMEBACK! #2FREON you can’t sell me. Parts u can. Going to Locks supply on the morning and they WILL sell me the part. Just not going to spend $ 100’s with u for a five min fix. YOUCOULDHAVECALLEDMEBACKLIKE I SAID… ANDSAID U CAN’T HELOME. But ya didn’t and have lost a customer for life! Have a nice day. BRUCE
