My furnace decided that it didn’t want to play anymore. I checked a few minor things but couldn’t get it going and had no choice but to call a professional, something«do-it-yourselfers» like me loathe. I was prepared to be told that the technician would take 3 days and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment on the same day. Mike, the technician arrived and promptly identified the culprit as an electric switch that needed replacing. He laid out all of the options from just replacing the switch to replacing the system and even made me aware of bi-annual servicing of furnace and air conditioners as well as annual plumbing checks. In the end, I decided to replace the switch and get my heat going again as quickly as possible. The technician was knowledgable and courteous and got me back to toasty toes in just over an hour. I can’t complain with that.

Brian was extremely helpful in getting someone out right away to fix our problem. Gragg went out of his way to explain what had happened and what needed to be done. He also helped us better understand how to use our new thermostat.

I have used this company twice. Each time the work was outstanding. The technician was very professional and through. I’ve had several companies work on my a/c and they all did a substandard Job. But not this technician. I would definitely recommend this company.

Two words people!!! Customer service. Wow! I am so impressed with the gentlemen Air Solutions sent out to the house this afternoon. Even though I was not too happy because it was HOT in my house he was so patient with me and my daughter. Even though it wasn’t his fault that my AC decided to bail on me when it was 90 degrees he still empathized with me. Haha. My AC is working for now and we should have a brand new system by the end of the week!!! I am one happy camper, customer, momma!!! Thank you Air Solutions. You guys are AWESOME!

I used them for plumbing needs. I was quoted on the phone $ 59 per hour. It was an easy repair that should have not taken more than 1 hour to repair. The Person took 3 hours and two trips away, and several smoking breaks. Then hands a bill for 215.00. I would not use them until they fix their issues. Update. They called me back to make good on the offer and said they would rip up the check. They did not and cashed the check and did not honor it. Do not trust these people or use them you will wish you had not

I had the company out for an a/c tune up today. When the tech left I noticed he documented on the work order that he changed my 2 filters. I also noticed that he in fact did NOT change my filters and I immediately called. Melody stated that ‘the technician was just making note of the size i need’ but admitted he in fact did NOT change my filters. I had previously given the company my filter sizes to bring on several different occasions. Changing filters is a basic part of an a/c tune up and I am unhappy with the service I received, or lack thereof. I would not recommend this company.
