This place is great! It’s the same price as Subway but soooo much better. I got the 3 cheese avocado sub and tabouli… Id eat this every day! I really liked it a lot. The place was packed and it was fresh and fast!

This plac is dirty and service is rude. They also will not honor the full value of their OWN coupons. There are much better Bill and Ruth’s around the Tulsa area that are worth the drive.

Sandwiches are good, but don’t bother with the salads. Last week I ordered a Chef Salad. What I received was a pile of meat big enough to have made 2 – 3 sandwiches, and a sprinkle of questionable lettuce. Today I ordered a Taco Salad no chips. What I got was a bowl of the greasiest chili with tomato and olives on top. After stirring the chili, I found about 5 pieces of lettuce. My husband has asked the last several times for no onions — always ignored. I’m done trying to make this work.

Bill & Ruth’s is decent. We stopped in for lunch on a busy Friday while visiting Broken Arrow. The lines were long, but the employees were fast and efficient.
Between the table, we tried a 3 Cheese & Avocado Sub, Eastern Style Hoagie, and a Chicken Philly. All were good and affordably priced. In retrospect, I would have probably ordered a different option, as they had some interesting combinations not usually found at a local sub shop. As we were hot, hungry, and in a hurry, we ordered quickly and got in and out in a timely manner.
