I like CVS. Their loyalty program(ExtraCare) is amazing and has saved my husband and I so much money! Their coupon policy is much better than Walgreens. Signing up for the ‘ExtraCare’ program is super simple. You can get a card in store, or you can sign up online. Have them scan your card every time you make a purchase, no matter how small. There’s a kiosk inside the store where you can scan your card and receive coupons. There have been many times where we’ve received coupons for free items, which is always awesome! This location is usually out of the free items, unless you get there super early on Sundays, BUT you can take your coupon to any CVS store and get your free item if they have it in stock. Store is clean and tidy, and most of the workers are nice(watch out for the night people, there are 2 younger ones that are grumpy). I have used their pharmacy for a flu shot, and that took forever. I was the only person there and I waited 45 minutes. There were 5 or 6 workers behind the counter. The pharmacist had to give me the shot so I had to wait for her to stop taking a break /talking on the phone /whatever she was doing. Around the 15 minute mark I saw a few workers leaning against the back counter so I asked the person at the pharmacy register if the shot was almost ready. She said they were working on it and that the pharmacist would be right out. I didn’t think they had to mix it together in a chemistry lab in the back, but I don’t work there so I don’t know. 15 minutes later, still no shot so I went up to the counter again and was told it was almost done. At the 45 minute mark I was about to say forget it and leave, but the pharmacist came out. The shot was quick and painless, but with the wait being that long for one shot I will go somewhere else next time. Go here for last minute groceries, health items, and makeup and skip the pharmacy counter unless absolutely necessary. Get an ‘ExtraCare’ card and start earning some rewards!

We shop here to take advantage of the coupon and extra bucks system. Check out for advanced sale ads and help on finding deals. That part aside, this particular location is so-so. My main complaint is that they rarely have the sales tagged on Sunday mornings. We roll in around 10 or 11am, and most of the tags have not been posted to help you find the deals. Be sure to grab a sale ad when you walk in and use it as a crutch. There are some really friends cashiers here most of the time, but there are a few that are less than thrilled to be there and make checking out extra difficult for no reason. It’ s a matter of location and convenience for us to shop here. If they are sold out of an item you’re looking for, they will usually let you substitute something similar for the same deal. Just ask a worker.

We absolutely love CVS and have been loyal customers since they came to town! Sarah, Joshua, Connie, and all of the crew in the pharmacy are top notch! Getting coupons and Extra Care Bucks every time we show up is a huge help for this family of six. It’s nice to be able to go to a major chain and the pharmacist knows your name.

Very disappointed in CVS. Their posted business hours are 7:00am until 10:00pm. I was in front of the store at 9:20am and they still were not open. I got what I needed at Walgreens instead. CVS is closer to my house but I will probably continue to go to Walgreens because they are reliable.

I like CVS. I think I prefer Walgreens, but that may just be because I am familiar with it. They have a savings card which helps though.
