Horrible service and staff. The food is overprice. Don’t come here ever. It is not worth it.

I can’t write anything about the food or drinks because we never got to that point. We returned to this place after 7 years later & service was still the same. We were never been greeted or got a table. Left after 45 mins waiting for someone to even greet us. Very disappointed, don’t know what else to say.

I don’t go there for the bar. If I were a smoker I might, but because I’m not a smoker I wouldn’t be caught dead in the bar because it is smokier than a smoke house at a bbq joint.
I go there for the food. But know up front I only order one thing the beer batter fish and chips. It is the best fish and chips I have yet to find in the Tulsa area and when I have a craving for it this place is my go to spot. Unlike other places you don’t get stuck with catfish or have fish so thin you wonder if it even exists in the chunk of batter… you can actually see the fish.
I would probably have given it 5 stars except that the service is spotty. I have been and had great service and gone and had bad service… You can generally tell if the service is going to be good based on the gender and breast size and display of the waiter/​waitress. The males will give you the best service, the women… well they seem to think that by displaying their chest that they don’t need to actually provide service to get a tip. But here’s a tip, if I just wanted to see breasts I would have stopped at Hooters, I’m here for the food no the strip show.
Still the waitresses don’t cook the food so as long as they can bring it out I’m still satisfied even if I do have to stand up and dance to get their attention to refill my glass.

Never ever go here!!!
Went today to watch game one of the Chicago Blackhawk playoffs. Asked the manager if he would switch one of the bar tv’s to the hockey game. Manager rudely said no because of the NBA finals game was on at the same time that he wanted to watch! I looked in the bar where there were only 2 people who could care less about basketball. Manager then said he would turn the game on for me in a different room but would only turn the sound on for us until game started. Later found out that he didn’t want to switch games cuz he’s a big NBA fan and himself wanted to watch it at the bar area and sit on his ass!
To top everything else off they changed their menu’s. They changed their pretzels and no longer have their beer cheese! We used to get the sample platter but now it’s more expensive and has less items!
We will never come back! due to the laziness of staff and how rude the manager and workers are. Seems like the staff never cleans proporly and hate their jobs!
Note to Manager: Next time change the fucking channel for a paying customer especially when no one is in the damn bar in the first place!!! Asshole!

I tend to come here on my own, mostly out of convenience. It’s a decent place to get a drink by yourself and not feel like a loner. My complaint about this place and most other corporate restaurants bars and restaurants stems from how bad draft beers can taste. Either there’s not enough carbonation in the beer, or it tends to have a sour taste. I’m told it’s related to the fact that they probably don’t clean their beer dispensing lines correctly. I drink Stella, yeah I know, judge me as a schmuck who likes A more expensive version of bud light, but I know what the beer should taste like. At Fox and Hound it always tastes weird. Oh well, at least this place is close to my job.

Unless you are there to drink in the smokey bar then forget eating in the restaurant. They are a joke!

Absolute worst service of any restaurant or bar I have been to. I’m not exaggerating either.
Sat at a table with cleaning supplies on it for almost 20 mins before our rude and aloof waitress finally showed up.
She passed by us multiple times, left the cleaning stuff and didn’t even acknowledge our presence while we were waiting and when she did show, she acted like everything was just peachy. I wasn’t havin it.
We were at this place for about 40 mins, in which time we saw our waitress barely twice and still had no more than glasses of water and no opportunity to order.
What’s worse is that the manager seemed as if this was no big deal. Things must be very disorganized because at one point the manager and two waitresses were actually arguing in front of customers!
My party and I left without being served in all the time that we were there.
However, it had a really cool interior, big screens, nice bar. Too bad everyone who works there needs to be fired.

I have eaten here several times, but I may be hesitant to do it again. My husband and I went here to eat dinner and it took forever to be seated. The restaurant wasn’t crowded. Once we were seated, we waited for the waitress to take our order. I ordered fish and chips with moscato wine. Kenny ordered his usual reuben and chips. We also got a appetizer of chips and salsa.
It took nearly a half hour to get the appetizer, let alone the wine. The manager came out and gave us our food.
Even though it has usually been slow, we still got great service. This time, we were not impressed.

My husband and I are relatively new to Tulsa and are always looking for a great place to grab a drink or watch a game. This place is not it.
We went to catch the first half of a Cowboys game on a Sunday afternoon, and the service was terrible. We attempted to get our check with three minutes left in the second quarter and we didn’t leave the restaurant until four minutes in the third quarter. During this time, our waitress walked by our table multiple times without even a simple acknowledgment that we were there. No «are you guys doing OK?» or «Can I get you anything else?» Not even a look.
My husband even said, «Ma’am!» once in an attempt to get our waitress’s attention. She halfway turned her head toward him and kept walking right by our table.
We finally got the check after I asked her while she was at another table. We then had to hand her our card ourselves despite her walking by our table.
When she brought us the receipt, she told us, «Thank you for being patient.»
It was not about being patient. She should be glad that we didn’t walk out without paying, because the thought crossed both of our minds. It was annoying to sit there, ready to leave, and watch our waitress walk by our table multiple times without even looking at us.
We noticed that some people had to get their own silverware. A lot of tables were left dirty until new patrons came in and asked the staff to clean them off.
Absolutely terrible. We will not be back. The only reason I gave it one star is because their food is decent.
