3 trips here total and 2 out of 3 were bad experiences. Went in for a exchange, they saw that I purchased it at another location from my rewards history but I took off the security sticker so they wouldn’t return it. It makes no sense even the manager said that the item code are the same on both items but they wouldn’t do the exchange. Workers don’t even know what they are talking about half the time. When looking around, employees instead of helping out they just looked me up and down with a rude face like I was gonna steal something. Definitely not coming back to this location. Keeping my business at the Tulsa hills location.

This Ulta just opened up a few months ago and it’s gorgeous inside. I came here because my girlfriend wanted to shop here and everything is still very new and very organized. The have signs to help you find what you need. Throwing his out there for my fellow Unilocalers but if you are tempted to buy any makeup at Nordstrom, check Ulta first! We found the NYX lipstick at both stores but Ulta offered it at a lower price.

Such a helpful and friendly staff! I went in clueless on hair products and walked out with products that transformed my hair into silk! Linda was helping me find what I needed and I have to give her kudos! She was so kind and knowledgeable! ! Love ulta!

I really like Ulta in general. Like Irena said, it’s a step down from Sephora, but it carries some decent brands and it’s nice to be able to pick-up some drugstore-level items at the same time. I don’t normally write reviews for chain stores, but this particular Ulta was the absolute worst one I have ever been in. For one, it seemed small compared to other Ultas I am used to and did not contain a very large selection of the higher end brands. In addition, there were virtually no «supplies» out for testing the products. I don’t understand how you can have testers of makeup out and open but not provide cotton swaps, sponges, and wands for people to actually test them? To me, this says that a lot of people are putting their germ-y fingers in all the testers. The bigger issue for me was the condition of the store. The flooring was absolutely terrible and DANGEROUS! It was seriously composed of like patched together pieces of linoleum that was quite unexpectedly uneven in places and filthy. The lawyer in me really wanted to alert the manager to what a liability that floor was to anyone who has difficulty walking or seeing where they are walking. I really hope they get the flooring fixed. Overall, the store was just gross and felt very low-rent. Go to the store at 41st and Yale instead.

To me, Ulta is a nice, «affordable» version of Sephora. Lots of reasonably priced beauty supplies all the way to expensive, salon brand supplies. Employees here are hit and miss in terms of helpfulness. It seems like a lot of the times I go, there’s a long line for the cashier, though. On the plus side, sometimes they have really good coupons(like $ 5 off a $ 10 purchase), so keep an eye out for those!

I absolutely love ULTA. Best place to go for all your hair care, make up, foot and hand care, needs! They have a great selection of perfume for men and women, lotions, make up and hair care. They also have a salon that does hair cut and color and waxing. Great location right at the corner of 71st and Garnett

Salon is great. Cora does such an amazing job on my hair(I rarely trust people with my hair) but I always leave completely satisfied with it! Love the store as well, clean and well organized. Great staff!
