Had to wait 15 minutes to get waited on to order and then 45 minutes for the food and it was cold. Never again go there for lunch!!!

How is it a spinach salad costs $ 15 dollars? Makes no sense to me. Consider changing your prices down to realistic. The food is good but seriously. someone needs to fix the menu prices.

The location of this place is convenient to my home. I know the brand very well from the Cherry street location. BUT… this is not that location. The service is terrible and the management just doesn’t care. We had a manager come by our table(we didn’t ask for her) and we started to let her know about our bad experience. Even told her about the couple that had been sitting next to us that also complained about the service. Her reply, «that’s nice» in a very flippant manner. I ordered a Bud Lite. They were out. WHAT!!! they were out!!! How can a bar ever be out of Bud Lite? I have been to this place a few times. Each time the service wasn’t very good, but I was always hopeful it would get better. It’s worse. And with the attitude of the manager, we’ll never go back. Everyone at my table has the same feeling. We got up and left and went to Los Cabos down the street. Much better food, atmosphere and SERVICE.

So, we decided to go for a girls night tonight. It was just me and my best friend. The place was busy, but not bad. We walk in at 6:30 and ask for a table for two… the hostess says«how long will it take you to eat because we have a party of 17 coming in at 7:30…» I wanted to walk out right then. We said we weren’t sure but we weren’t in a hurry. They said they found us a table(there were multiple open tables) & seated us with one menu. When my friend went to the hostess and asked for another menu she replied«These menus are for other tables.». Even though we didn’t want to, we still stayed. Our server, Jen, was great. The food was good, but I probably won’t be back because of the way we were treated by the hostesses.

I was interested to try the Broken Arrow location as I’d only been to Cherry Street. We went in on a Friday night and were seated immediately. It wasn’t nearly as busy as I thought it would be. Our waitress got to us quickly and we ordered drinks. We started with a beer flight. It was good, but the waitress walked off before explaining what order the beers were in, so we had to guess. We also ordered a chips and salsa appetizer and 2 more beers. Both of our beers came out tasting wrong, but we, once again, had trouble flagging down anyone to help us. It took well over 15 minutes for our chips and salsa to come. We asked about it twice and were told they were making a fresh batch of chips. Luckily, the salsa had a great flavor when it came out. Our food also tasted great. I had the reuben and my husband had a burger. We had planned to stay for 9:00 karaōke, but at 8:30 we were ready to get out of there. I might try it again, but only if there aren’t any better options.

I don’t know why some think it is smoky in here. Even though there is a cigar bar next door(which BTW is awesome) it is not smoky in Full Moon. My wife has a nose that is so sensitive that bloodhounds are jealous. If she says she doesn’t smell smoke, that’s good enough for me. Food: not 5 star but solid. I have never had anything bad here. The wait staff is attentive. The beer is cold. And for you ladies, there is champagne on the menu. I highly recommend Full Moon.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star but I have to to give it a review. We got there at 7:30. Didn’t even get out drinks till almost 8. Our appetizers came 30 mins later. One couple didn’t even get theirs. And they were cold when we did get them. We sent ours back only to see the other couple finally get their appetizer. We had to wait 10 – 15 per refill. After being there for almost 2 hours we decided to pay our liquor tab and walk out. That’s being generous. The manger was very rude and kept giving excuses also never came to the table until we were getting up to leave. I actually had one of my very nice friends try to talk to the manager and explain everything was wrong. She was rude to her and giving her a horrible attitude. Her response to this terrible service was,” so you want me to just throw your food away? I don’t know why you wouldn’t want your food.” I will never ever ever go back to the place again. Oh and on top of that they ruined my 25th birthday dinner. I will be happy if this place closes by New Years.

Terrible table service when it’s crowded. Bar service is always good however. Whomever is doing the scheduling is doing an awful job. If you go there when it’s dead, the service is great. But if you try to go on a Friday or Saturday night, well we waited 45 minutes or so for salad, chicken, and hummus.

Judy and I are regulars here at Full Moon, Broken Arrow. We love the $ 4 burger night every Wednesday. Extremely friendly staff, good food, and drinks. Damon our favorite bartender, Shelby was our waitress this evening did an outstanding job. Neal is often our waiter and does a great job. Kayla is the main hostess and always has a smile and makes sure that we are well taken care of. Tracie the manager always stops by to check on us and make sure that all is well. And then there is Ayngel and John providing great entertainment.

Smoke em if you got them. Its hard enough running a restaurant. But the business next door is a cigar bar. The smoke is so strong that our clothes from the restaurant had to be washed.

I remember growing up in Tulsa the Full Moon Café was the talk of the town. Recently I ventured over to the newest location in Broken Arrow and left full but not overly impressed. The food is what you would expect from a «New American» restaurant or I have heard the term gourmet bar food. They specialize in burgers, sandwiches and traditional entrees but I felt a lack in culinary Wow! The food was edible but was not eye catching enough or tasty enough to bring me back as of yet. The décor was appealing enough to make the atmosphere fun but I go to places for the food and service. Service was average, waitress was nice but not fully engaged. Would I go back? Maybe. Would I recommend this to others? Not at this moment. Room for improvement but not terrible.

I came here right after it opened, but quickly stop coming because of the smoke smell. There is a cigar store next door and the smell creeps into the restaurant. So, a year or so later(can’t remember how long it’s been since I first came) I get a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 meal and decided to see if they had fixed the problem. It’s better, but not totally fixed. They have added some outdoor tables so that is a new option. They need to add umbrellas or an awning though to make it feel right. The food is delicious. I had chicken salad sandwich. Bill had hamburger. We both enjoyed our food. Our server was on the ball and kept our drinks filled. Bottom line: if this place was smoke free, I would be here a lot. As it is, I’m still not enjoying that faint smell of smoke.

Went there for a baby shower. They have a great area upstairs that you can use for private parties. Great strawberry mimosas! We has appetizers for the group. Favorite was the hummus. Seems a little pricey for bar food. The atmosphere at this location was a little dead but very helpful wait staff.

I went here once with a friend for dinner on the weekend. When i pass it every time it always draws my attention since it is newer and looks like it could be a good weekend spot. When we finally got a chance to get here it was around dinner time and the place is very spacious! I think it would be a great place to bring friends for your birthday since you can eat at the top floor and be secluded away from others. When i went there it was only 3 of us and we still had an okay time. The food here is really good, but when it is after 9PM it s very dark and the piano player is playing the whole time so it is hard to have ac conversation here. The entertainment overall is pretty decent, its just a new age piano bar really. The people there are a little older and apparently a lot of birthdays happen here. Definitely a good place to maybe go during lunch or early dinner. I think this place would offer a little more if it was a little more paced and in a more centralized location that people would know about.

While Full Moon Café is somewhat iconic to the Tulsa, the quality of the name has gone greatly downhill. We started off with chips & queso. The chips are fresh and had a nice crunch to them. The queso was oven baked and gooed with yummyness. Then our meals came out and the disappointment set in. Between 4 in the party we ordered the chicken fried steak, chicken margarita, California burger and a kids pizza. Three out of four of the meals tasted like frozen processed food. The fourth was the kids pizza and that wasn’t adult sampled, alas I’m sure by looking at it, it was frozen as well Service was decent — nothing to brag about or make me feel like I had a remarkable experience. I can’t say I’ll be back. It just never gave me that ‘wow’ factor I desire in a local restaurant.

The food is about average for pub food and below average for restaurant food. I has the green chili cheese and avocado club sandwich with homemade chips. It was the best meal at Full Moon that I have had from the several times I have been here. The homemade chips were crisp in places and moist in others. There is nothing worse than a moist chip. The service was prompt and attentive but there wasn’t a big dinner crowd either. I do find it annoying when the waitstaff argues within earshot of customers like I experienced tonight. Take your discussions to the kitchen please. One is better off coming here for the beer and watching a game on their many TVs rather than coming here for dinner. I miss the old Full Moon that sat on top of the hill on Sheridan and 61st. It had such a beautiful view of downtown Tulsa.

If I could give 3 ½ stars, I would. Since my feelings on Full Moon are pretty ambivalent, I may as well break them into the pros and cons. Pros: Awesome service. Sat at the bar over the lunch hour, and spent much of the time chatting with a bartender(Chris?) who had been there since the beginning. Super friendly and attentive. They also have a great beer selection, with 30 on tap and over 30 bottles. Lots of TVs, and Chris told us about a great promo for the Super Bowl. Cons: The atmosphere. I love the Cherry St location because it feels authentic. This one feels sterile and suburban, which generally keeps me away from places. They had lots of TVs, but it had much more of a restaurant feel than a sports bar feel. The«eh»: The food. Had the famous(I’m told) tortilla soup and salad, and both were alright. All in all, I’d try it again on a weekend night for live music or the dueling pianos. The sparse lunchtime crowd could be what put me off on the atmosphere, but it’s worth another shot.

Love Full Moon Café! The Tortilla Soup is so good, I don’t know why they even have other stuff on the menu… oh, because some people don’t like soup and they want burgers and stuff? Ok, I can respect that. But please just try the soup, just once. You won’t regret it! Lots of parking, which is great b/c it gets busy on the weekends. The music can get a little overwhelming at times since it’s already loud with customers, so don’t expect to come here and have a meaningful conversation. I swear they watch my husband and I and turn up the music anytime I talk lol. That’s not a reason i’ll stay away though. I don’t think they need 4 hostesses at all times, but that’s not for me to judge I suppose. I’ve read complaints about customers going in and being ignored by all of the hostesses. If they don’t say hi within 10 seconds, say hi to them. It will get their attention and let them know you’d like a table. Then you can move on with your evening and never have to see them again. =)

My wife and I are fans of the original location near Cherry Street, but we are not fans of the parking in this area. That area is always overrun with hipsters and their apple sticker having cars… BUT this is no longer an issue. This Full Moon Café is located near Bass Pro Shops, next to Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ and Steak and Shake. There are a few signs on the outside of the building, so it shouldn’t be hard to miss. Now…down to the food! The main reason, to go to Full Moon is their famous Tortilla Soup or cheap burger Thursdays. I know what you’re thinking, soup?! Really? I don’t normally go to a restaurant based on their soup selection, let the record reflect this. The Tortilla Soup at this place is the best thing you will EVER taste. This location has the exact same recipe, and it’s equally just as delicious as the original. The building is really nice, sporting 2 different floors of seating and a clean bar. Everything looks and feels very new except for the bathrooms, which didn’t appear to be remodeled. Our first experience at this location went pretty well. The service was a little slow, and they tried to give our food to a different table, but they just opened, so I’m sure it’s a minor glitch that will get worked out. Go check this place out!
