Best late night service I’ve had at an IHOP in years. Very attentive waiter for it being 1:30AM, also very personable. No complaints here.

The Dry Cup Roommates and I went into IHOP to grab a bite; It was nearly nine o’clock at night. We were seated pretty soon, Not knowing we would meet our doom. Too long it took to take our orders, reason #1 she was tipped not even two quarters. Sarcastic and rude, mean too, this would be reason #2. Reason #3, sad to say, only one refill our entire stay. Our cups were dry, our bellies were empty; to walk out and leave was oh, so tempting. We stuck it out, and waited through; an hour later, we got our food. The pancakes were dry, burnt and obtuse, I like pancakes circular, I don’t know about you. The chicken was scrawny and cold, it tasted ten thousand years old. Last but not least, the final piece In the club sandwich, a plastic sheet. If you order the chicken fried steak beware, on top of the gravy we found a hair. It took so long to get our plates, Not the server, but I, was who the one who waits Never again shall I dine in this restaurant, ’twas a night that will forever haunt. A one-star rating is much too praising, the service was much further from amazing. I warn you to keep far and clear, never, ever eat here. Call FEMA, ’cause this was a disaster.

I’ve always been an IHOP fan, but this was a sad experience. Door has a ringer so staff can hear people coming in, but it took 10 minutes for anyone to seat me. This does not appear to be the staff’s fault. All through breakfast I saw no floor manager and no hostess. When I pay $ 10 for eggs, spuds and a tiny piece of pig I need better service. This appears to be an operational problem. Feel sorry for the wait staff.

Went here for breakfast to get rid of the hangover. Waited for 45 minutes to get our food. When they brought it out, they had completely forgot my meal and I had to wait another 10 minutes while my friends went ahead and ate. They gave me two pitty pieces of bacon while I was waiting which was insulting. When I finally got the food it was disgusting. The bacon looked like it was out of the microwave and the pancakes were like wet cardboard. It didn’t help either that it was filled with 3 year olds crying the whole time. I wasn’t alone as I saw many other customers complaining too. I will never be going back here, and I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone. Disappointing as all other IHOPs I have been to were really good.

Small portions for the price 2 eggs 2 sausage and hash browns for 8.99 I guess is not bad but you would think they would use large eggs. Mt. Dew is a plus as you know it is dew and not a cola. Tea was very strong but good. The atmosphere is ok.

They revamped their menu, again, and they have even less healthy options than they did before. I know, I know, don’t go to Ihop for health food, but if my husband wants to go eat there b/c he found a coupon I would like some healthy options to choose from. The service is hit or miss, but it’s almost always busy so that’s understandable.

We usually wait for a BOGO coupon in the mail or email to visit IHOP. It’s nothing personal IHOP! It’s just that it shouldn’t be $ 20 for 2 people to eat breakfast food. The service at this location is often very bad, but sometimes you get lucky and get a fast and efficient waiter/waitress. The food is average. Not a place I would ever go out of my way for, but if you need to fuel up for the day and don’t feel like cooking breakfast at home, give it a shot. It’s WAY better than Duffy’s, which is this locations only competitor I believe. The Broken Arrow area needs more breakfast options.
