First time visitor. Very attentive waiter but must have been his first day because he didn’t have the answer to several of our questions. And didn’t seek out the answer without our prompting him to go do so. If you’re expecting Texas Roadhouse, this is an exact copy minus the quality and excellent food taste and it cost a little more. You’ll probably be disappointed going here. My steak had a very bad fat vein running through it(normally something I’d forgive because it’s hard to know that beforehand) however I asked for it medium and it came out burnt on both sides and well done in the middle. The baked potato was mediocre but the sour cream was so bad I could only eat 2 bites before I gave up. I will not be returning. Good luck.

I have had several bad experiences at different Santa Fe’s, so after receiving a gift card for Christmas, we were reluctant to go. Fast forward 6 months and with a gift card burning a hole in my wallet, my husband and I finally caved and gave it another try. The Broken Arrow location wasn’t busy at all for 6:00 on a Saturday evening. We were immediately seated in the bar area at a table. We had a great waitress who was attentive and gave us great drink recommendations. No drinking for me, the pregnant one, but my husband enjoyed his margarita. The complimentary rolls were good to eat while we were waiting on our food. My husband got a burger and I got chicken strips. He said his burger tasted really good and he enjoyed the fries. The chicken strip portion was huge… enough for dinner and both mine and my husband’s lunch the next day. The mashed potatoes and gravy were really good as well. The side salad I got before my meal was fresh and tasted good. I don’t recommend Santa Fe for steaks, but if you order something else, you should be good to go.

Stopped in for lunch, ordered off the lunch menu. Ordered Roast beef and Southwest chicken, roast beef was so tuff, gravy was package gravy and $ 2.59 for watered down ice tea. $ 23.00 for small portion lunch. Not worth the effort. Wondered where our waitress was, found her out back on her cell phone as we were pulling out.

First time there for lunch. I typically don’t order off the lunch menu, but did here. Had the fish and fries(chips). It was really good catfish. Not the best I’ve ever had, but really good. The portion actually filled me up. Will go back. Maybe go during dinner but lunch is really good. Likes the atmosphere and the waitress was nice and helpful.

The atmosphere is relaxed as can be with a barrel full of peanuts at the door for if you have to wait. The shells just go on the floor. This is genius. Our 3 year old probably enjoyed that more than anything. Being a broil cook of almost 10 years myself, my wife and I can easily be less than satisfied with our steaks. We both prefer medium-rare. My wife ordered the 18 oz T-bone and I had the 16 oz ribeye. We were more than pleased when they came out actually cooked to our liking and then the flavor was not lacking. There was no need for steak sauce, and this is my test of a decent vs. a great steak. As for the service, I recommend you to ask for Rebecca to be your server. I would easily place her in my top 5 servers of all time. She was extremely friendly and highly attentive but not one to hover. Over all a wonderful experience. We will be back.

The hunt for a great restaurant continues. My chili tasted like it was scooped from a tub and reheated. Kitchen seemed a little disorganized… they brought out the garnish for my boyfriend’s steak well before the steak was brought out! The same chili topped my rice… bleh. Fajitas looked slap dash and unappetizing. Don’t recommend and won’t be back.

Service is slow and food is not special. The food is mostly greasy and kinda thrown on a plate. Quality control is terrible as well, several times I’ve got food that had issues.

Does what Logan’s attempts to do, but succeeds. Delicious steaks at low prices. Get yours with the Jack Daniel’s sauce. Good mashed potatoes with brown gravy, good green beans. Yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. All good food. Sirloin I bought came in at $ 15 for 12oz; not unreasonable. Better than other places I’ve been to which have charged $ 20+ for the same thing.

My filet here was better than the other national chains, the atmosphere was good, the food came quick, and our server was great. Nothing but good things to say about my first visit here.

This place used to be in Bixby and now I know why they left. Word of mouth should travel fast can’t believe it’s still open. Willing to try new stuff but this is a fail on the steak, service and even the butter for the rolls was lardish. Steak was at best prime D cut ordered a 12 oz and 9 oz could not tell the difference. Pass on this one go somewhere else.

I have gone several times… Decent food, decent service. I found my server in the bathroom texting one time. that was fun, also the last time I ate there funny enough. Dirty dirty floors, I hate the nut shells all over the place.

I came here for the steak sandwich and was pleased. So pleased I forgot to take a photo. So we ordered brownie for dessert. And guess what? I ate that without taking a picture, too. It was awesome. Very chocolate, soft, and yummy chocolate sauce on top. Vanilla ice cream topped it off. A+ The steak was plentiful and seasoned with a bit of heat for extra kick. The roll was fresh and chewy. The French fries were thick and seasoned with kick also. Very yummy. I definitely will get this again. Our server was awesome. Good service and personable. I will definitely come back.

4⁄5 Atmosphere 5⁄5 Service 4⁄5 Food 3⁄5 Price We’ve eaten here a few times now. Decent atmosphere, definitely with a Texan feel(boomer!). The service has always been great. Really like the smoked sausage appatizer! Good rolls with cinnamon butter. My wife and I get the chicken/steak fajitas for two, definitely plenty for the both of us. Both times the coffee was brewed fresh, but had an «old coffee» after taste. Price is a little high for what I normally like to spend. Parking was decent and the business is in a pretty good location. I’d recommend it.

My husband, Kenny and I ate here last night on a groupon. It was reasonably easy to find. The restaurant is much like other chain steakhouses. The manager came to greet us and told us all about the restaurant and what they offer. We were sold on the steaks immediately. Our waiter was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We were given salad, chips and salsa, as well as rolls to start. We both enjoyed the rolls and they came with two kinds of butters; regular and honey butter. Then, our steaks arrived. Kenny had ordered the 9 oz steak with a baked potato, while I ordered the 6 oz with fries and green beans. The steaks were outstanding! They were perfectly cooked and expertly seasoned. The fries were delicious as well. Kenny had to eat my green beans since I noticed they had onions in them and I cannot eat onions. The waiter, upon noticing they had onions, offered me something else, but I said it was fine. We were too full for dessert honestly. The bill was very reasonable with the groupon at $ 13.00. We made sure to give a good tip since the waitstaff was amazing! I would highly recommend Santa Fe Cattle Company. We are already planning to come back.

Been here more than once, last time I was there I ordered a drink took 20 min to get it. When our waitress did finally come back she took our orders and that was the last time we saw her all night. Food was flavorless and cold. They sent me a coupon for a free appetizer and I had no desire to go back.

Wife and I had dinner there. I had T-bone and she had the new york strip. both were excellent and extremely tender. The T-bone ran $ 19.99 and the NY Strip was $ 15.99. Service was good and our drinks never went empty. We plan to go again. Peanut shells get thrown on the floor.

I came here while travelling. I liked the atmosphere and thought I would have dinner. This is your basic chain steakhouse, like Logan’s or Texas Roadhouse. It was actually kind of funny that this is deep in Oklahoma and many of the menu items have«Texas» in the name. I have the Ribeye and it was grilled well and trimmed nicely. Very tasty. I also had a ceasar salad and broccoli. The salad was ok, nothing special, just so romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese and dressing. The broccoli too was alright, but had been boiled and when it was served the bottom of the dish had a lot of water in it so made the broccoli a little mushy. My server, Charles, was very attentive and I always had a drink(big, big deal since I go through sodas quickly). If I wanted a steak and had to choose between other chains and Santa Fe, I would likely give them another try.
