I’ve always heard good things about Charleston’s and we were looking to try something new so we decided to give it a try. We went in tonight(Sat) at probably 7:45 and had to wait around 15 minutes for our table. They use a text message based system for the wait list and even an app so you can see your exact spot in line. Very cool! Our waitress was Stephanie and she did a great job of taking care of us. We never had a moment without a full drink and she was super quick with our orders and pre-bussing the table. She deserves a raise! I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and my Girlfriend tried the Surf and Turf Special. We also tried the Spinach Artichoke Dip for an appetizer. All of the food was excellent. My portion of Chicken Fried Steak could have fed two or three people. I substituted the Carrots for Coleslaw, which was probably some of the best Coleslaw I have ever had. My Girlfriend’s steak was incredibly tender. It really just melted in your mouth. Also, her shrimp were really flavorful and well seasoned. My only complaint was that our entrees took a little longer to cook than I would have expected them to actually take, but the restaurant was still fairly busy so I will chalk it up to that. Our meal totaled around $ 70. Great food and service! We will be back!

Started Eating At Charlstons in OKC at the very first one on NW Hwy and 63rd. Simply a great operation. New GM here is Allison C. Allison along with Joseph are Doing a fantastic Job. After dinner Joseph was doing table check and did something that not many managers pick up on. He noticed that my wife did not eat the grilled chicken on their champagne chicken salad, and inquired about the reason. Nicely done. HSRG are fantastic Detail oriented Operators way back from the Days of Molly Murphy’s in OKC.

This place is awesome! The food is really good and service is better! They should keep the Ribeye on the regular schedule though.

Charleston’s never disappoints! The shrimp cargot is magnificent, their prime rib is simply divine and every dessert I’ve ever had was amazing. The atmosphere is very inviting. I love the service — — prompt and courteous. Do yourself a favor and go have dinner there tonight. You will not be disappointed — — or hungry!

Love this Charleston’s! There are multiple Charleston’s in the Tulsa area, but this one is my favorite! I have always had great experiences with this Charleston’s. Everything here is great… really. The service is great, the old school steakhouse w/dark woods feel is great, food, value. It’s a classy place and an institution in the Tulsa area. Start your meal off with either the queso with tortilla chips or the cream spinach artichoke dip(w/chips). So decadent, so good. When I’m looking for something light, I usually go for the Spinach and Chicken Waldorf Salad: SPINACHANDFIELDGREENS, GRILLEDCHICKEN, RAISINS, STRAWBERRIES, APPLES, EGG, SPICEDPECANS, CHEDDAR, SWEETBACONVINAIGRETTE($ 15). When I’m in the mood for something decadent, I attempt the RIBS«N» CHICKENCOMBO: BABYBACKRIBSANDROASTEDCHICKENWITHMASHEDPOTATOESANDBAKEDBEANS($ 22). Seriously, the ribs are off-the-chain good here… teeth optional… The chicken rounds out the plate quite well. This is one of the manliest, most delicious plates of chow in Tulsa. Sooooooooo good. Burgers, steaks, ribs, chicken… you can’t go wrong in Tulsa with this Charleston’s. Solid 4 star establishment.

It’s safe for me because they don’t fry their shrimp, but holy fried catfish are they expensive! Wow! $ 53(for 2) for lunch is over the top(I drank water and he had tea) for a place like Broken Arrow, I could see this price in LA, but not burgeville Oklahoma.

This place was a hot mess when they first opened, but after a few months, they got their stuff together and are now quite good. It can end up being pricier than you expected if you don’t watch yourself. The carrots are amazing; I’d be satisfied just asking for a giant bowl of their carrots and nothing else.

I enjoyed their shrimp cargot appetizer. Did not care for the fact that it was SODARK in the restaurant. Waitress sort of forgot about us.

Usually I do not write reviews; however, due to my experience at Charlestons in Broken Arrow, I felt I had to encourage others to partake. I’ll make it short and sweet. Besides the food being delicious, fast, and FILLING, I must truly applaud the star of this restaurant– the service. I had a pretty, young waitress named Britney who was extremely charming and went above and beyond to take care of my wife and I. The only negative I can say is– I am now addicted to the key lime pie that was recommended, shame on you Charlestons! ;)

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the Tulsa area. Service, quality of food and atmosphere are top notch. Save room for the bread pudding!!! It is the best you will find anywhere.

The best meal I’ve ever had! The quality and speed of service was equally amazing. The prices aren’t too bad for the quality of food. I got parmesan chicken with angel hair pasta and garlic mashed potatoes for 14. A burger and side is around $ 10. Must try!

Great food and– what often matters to me more– extremely superior service. In my visits to Charlestons, I’ve only really had the experiences offered of three dishes: the standard chicken Caesar salad, burgers and salmon. The chicken Caesar was very good both times and certainly something worth the visit and cost to dine. In fact, were I to list top salads, thus would likely top the list. The same can’t be said for the other two dishes I’ve experienced. The burgers… Well, bland entries that you could probably find at a better price. The salmon? I only made the mistake of ordering it once. Overlooked and with a chemical taste? Not what I would order here. They do have, however, many other satisfying options. Where Charlestons sets themselves apart is in the service. The food is great, but I like an experience where I’m left feeling as though I wad treated well. In that– they walk away as champions. Keep it up.

Ate there last Monday — 5÷19÷14. Got there around 11:30, the place wasn’t busy — less than 10 tables/booths were occupied. Ordered a combo — chicken tenders and catfish. For my sides I had coleslaw and fries. It took more time than I expected to get my order, between 10 – 15 minutes. The food was served very warm. I preferred the 3 chicken — tenders, they came with an ample sort of crispy coating. The coating itself seemed a little spicy, but good. The catfish was one large fillet — with a more of fine crumb coating — just a tad salty for my taste. But the the tarter sauce really complemented the fish. The coleslaw was a little different, sort of spicy too, but the more I ate — the more I liked it — especially with the fish. I had a booth in the bar area — but much too close to the kitchen which was very noisy. Fortunately, I ate fast and didn’t get too irritated with the clatter of dishes and loud kitchen help. I could have moved, but didn’t bother. Next time, I certainly won’t eat on the bar side. The waitress was friendly, helpful and did a good job refilling my drink. The total meal was a bit high, nearly $ 24 with tax. The food was quite good, and probably a better choice for a date or business lunch rather than a place just to grab a quick lunch.

2 Star restaurant until you add in the crescent rolls the best part of this place. Charleston’s isn’t bad it’s just not impressive. Most everything I’ve ever had is bland without much seasoning or flavor. The ribs are good but overpriced I feel. If you’re going to pay that much for dinner get something that jumps off the page at ya don’t settle for bland. Good atmosphere especially if you can set out on the patio and look out at the pond on a nice day and just kick back. You pay a bit more for the ambiance.

This is my «go to» restaurant in Broken Arrow for lunch or dinner. The food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty. The service is awesome. The manager is friendly. Nice atmosphere sitting on a man-made lake. There is a patio. And, the portions are huge! My only objection is they don’t have trout enough! Their trout is awesome with a mango dressing. Yum! I’ve eaten just about everything on their menu and can’t think of one bad item. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
