Good fresh pizza with nice salad bar. Service seems a tad slow but overall good experiences with dine in services.

I wish I could tell you how their food is but unfortunately I cannot. I ordered around 8:30pm and my pizza ever showed up. No call no explanation. I called at 10:30pm and of course they were closed so no one picked up. Suppose it was my fault for waiting so long. Now I have to eat Burger King drive thru. A Whopper beats an invisible pizza any day. Now I have the joy of seeing if they charged me still. Will update when that happens.

I just ordered a Large Extreme Pepperoni Pizza delivered to my house. I was able to order it and pay for it (including tip) online. I love that. They were very quick to deliver and it came hot. The Pizza was pretty good. Not the best I have ever had but certainly not the worst.
I guess my only complaint is that I thought It would be bigger and have more pepperoni on it for the money I paid. It did have cheese stuffed crust which was good.
The pizza was $ 16.00 by itself. Then they charge a $ 2.75 delivery fee plus tax. It comes out to $ 20.10. Then comes the tip. So you can save yourself about $ 6.50 by picking it up yourself. Since I have not been inside a Mazzio’s yet, I believe that is what I will do next time.

Tuesday night is Family Buffet Night… you have been warned. My husband and I usually end up at Mazzio’s on buffet night, but not on purpose. I am trying to implant this information into my brain because it is NUTS after 5:30, and I don’t like being in there when it’s crazy busy.
I will note that the buffet seems to have a good selection of pizza and dessert items for a good price — it also includes the salad bar. So this is why it’s busy that night.
The staff is hit or miss as far as service goes, but this last visit we received good service. The Taco Pizza is amazing! Sounds totally weird to anyone who hasn’t had it but oh my goodness, it is delicious!!! You have the choice of thin, hand tossed, or pan pizza crust. The crust is covered in pizza sauce, refried beans, cheese, sausage (but I substitute beef instead), lettuce, and tomato and it’s served with packets of hot sauce on the side. The hot sauce you use has to be the generic packets they give you or it doesn’t taste the same… trust me! I don’t know why it has to be that specific kind but it does.
The restaurant always appears clean, and like I said the staff was friendly and helpful this last visit. And the soda machine is just cool, everyone likes being able to customize their soda on a fancy machine.

This location makes a mean Ken’s pizza.

Everytime I have ordered food from here, both direct and through their new interenet system, food has always been 15 – 30 minutes over the expected delivery time. Barely warm or cold food is what to expect from them and soggy bread.
Last order that ended the relationship was my food was cold, delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes and forgot a 2 liter soda. Driver goes to gas station near my place and brought me a 20 oz. Really!!! The manager was useless and not apologetic at all. All he offered was a free soda. Whoopie-​doo. So disappointed cause their food used to be so good.
