Park at Mission Hills

I live at Park at Mission Hills. Being impaired with a walking disability the office staff have ALWAYS gone the extra mile to respond to any concerns i have. The maintenance personnel are prompt, professional and helpful. If you are seeking a place to live that is well maintained, safe and peaceful, look no further. I NEVER hear side to side noise nor noise upstairs of my apartment. If the happy sounds of children enjoying our lovely pools does not appeal to you, don’t select an apartment by the pool. This is a large complex in Broken Arrow. Th rules are lightly enforced and a good night sleep is not possible. For the rent you pay you would expect for people to follow the rules. Screaming and swimming at all hours of the night, paper thin floors and rude neighbors. The best thing so far is the fight last night that lasted for 20 minutes, no one broke it up they just got tired. How people are required to make four times the rent to qualify I must call bullshit the white trash and multifamily should make this a section 8 complex. Thinking of buying out lease and move to a bridge until house is built. Appliances are trash with the worst grade you can get. Microwave sounds like a 747 and dishwasher a greyhound bus. Clean carpets include possibly the puke may have been cleaned off floor. Used toilet seats God I wish I would have never picked this spot. The people drive through parking lot like maniacs and there is no courtesy oatrol. I called them last night and would not send anyone without my name. Next time I will call BAPD. Folks the staff is nice but the apartments are trashy and unclean. You are allowed 2 guest in pool and any given day you can see groups of 15 going to pool. I know it’s an apartment but should have sprung for an extra 500 and got luxury.
