I recently purchased a house in Tulsa and the garage door is automatic but I was not left with a remote or with the code for the keypad. I could only open and close the door using the button on the inside of the garage. There was a label on the switch for Pro Overhead Door, as they had done the original installation(about 1999 or so), so I called them. A very nice, friendly and helpful person named Bob answered the phone. He was able to help me reprogram the keypad over the phone, so I was able to use that function. He also looked up the model and told me what remotes would work. He gave me a price for buying one through them if I chose. I went online and looked at the same remotes from other retailers and found the Pro Overhead was pretty competitive, and since they had been so helpful, I wanted to do business with them. I drove to their location in Broken Arrow and was helped by Jerry, again a very friendly and helpful person. He answered all of my questions and even gave me a free battery for the keypad, so I’d have a backup when the one in there fails. After a few days, a problem arose with the garage door. I could hear that the motor was working but the door stopped going up and down. I called Pro Overhead Door and they sent someone out that afternoon. The gears had stripped(he said it happens every seven or eight years) and needed to be rebuilt. The cost seemed reasonable and within about 30 minutes, he was finished and the door was like new. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service of this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to repair or replace a garage door.
