At first, Dustin was fairly easy to work with and, with a few hiccups, got my roof replaced. A few months later we started noticing leaking and I called Dustin to see if we could get it fixed. Unfortunately Dustin would promise that it would be fixed, only for us to still have a leaking roof more than a month later. He has stopped taking my calls, will not return a voice mail (usually his mailbox is full so you can’t leave one anyway). Needless to say, hear I am more than a month after calling, no more return calls, and a leaky roof. Go figure… I guess that’s what you get when a «roofing company» is nothing more than a middle man for subcontractors.
