Actually made it through a fully staffed drive-thru on a Sunday morning without waiting. I think I need to buy a lottery ticket! I love the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits. My girlfriend likes the Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits. Great food but you will oftentimes wait for it.

Food is what was expected but whoever thought of the«lane b» should be fired. Took forever for someone to bring our order then it was wrong two times. Not the employed fault but a faulty system. Instead of using man power to run around food just have them work inside to expedite orders. The two employees we interacted very very friendly and apologized for the errors and wait.

Flies everywhere, on more then one visit I had to leave the dinning room to stop the flies from constantly landing on my food. I started to count and there was more flies then people in the building. Not a good experience.

I enjoyed the service and food preparation at this Whataburger. The location is perfect… off the turnpike. It’s usually the last Whataburger we stop at prior to heading towards Joplin, MO. I enjoyed their great tasting sweet & spicy double cheese burger meal… for a limuted time only.

20 min for a burger is way to long. Pay attention and don’t hand out random orders to strangers so I can get what I paid for.

As I continue my nation-wide exploration of What-A-Burger, I’ve stopped into a newer location near where I live. Luckily, it didn’t disappoint at all! I had my usual order and was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and the service was friendly. Is it a requirement that you have a cheerful disposition and positive outlook in order to work at What-A-Burger? I just can’t seem to find the grumpy people in this chain. Further, that positive outlook seems to spread into the restaurant. As long as they always have spicy ketchup, I’ll be going back.

There are not very many options for late night food in Broken Arrow. Whataburger is open 24/7, yay! The food is always reliable at Whataburger, and they have burgers, fries, and chicken strips. It is hard to find a fast food restaurant that gets all three right, and serves gravy. I like the number 1 with fries, the chicken basket that comes with toast and gravy, and my personal favorite: the honey butter chicken biscuit! I have only ever been through the Drive-Thru at this location, but they are always really nice, the service is quick, and they get the order right.

I disagree with the last poster. I ate here today for lunch and had a great experience. This one is located in Broken Arrow on 71st(kenosha) and 193rd E. Ave. It sits on the south side of the road next to Sonic. I loved the feel of this one when I walked in. In the middle of the dining area, there is some sort of beach looking whataburger figure in a glass case. And surrounding it were the tables in a neat octagon style setting. One thing I love about Whataburger is that the food is always fresh. Ya, it might take 5 – 10 minutes if its busy, but its fresh. And that goes a long way in fast food for me. Burgers are great here, but I know that if I wanted pancakes at noon. I could get em. I just wish their commercials weren’t so creepy.

I’m not from around here, as they say, but I recognize a good burger when I eat one, and this was. As was the service. Even better was the biscuit and gravy and hash brown sticks served 11PM to 11AM. Words can’t describe my joy. The service was sweet, too, because that just seems to be how things are done there.
