My pictures speak for itself. In hospitality, deep stains on furniture and holes in a blanket is a big no no. The carpet on the ground also felt like it has been there for centuries and the bathtub was clogged.
The owner of this motel seems nice as a person but I don’t think she and her family staff know anything about real customer service and being in the hospitality industry.
Since, there are NOT many choices in this small town, their business does not seem to be affected so I guess they are lucky!
I will definitely try to avoid staying in Mircrotel and Broken Bow again! Thank God I had an expedia voucher and ended up paying $ 35 for both nights if not I would have thrown a fit!
Oh, and for the records I am not in the hospitality industry: P

If you are in town to gamble across the street and don’t mind small spaces to sleep, then this hotel is great. But, warning, these rooms are SMALL! I got claustrophic but made it thru the night. Everything else was o.k. but I would not stay here again.
