Really nice place but NASTYWORKEREVER(CLARA or whatever her name is. the female with fake blonde hair)!!! The owner need to train the worker how to treat the customers!!! One time I told her that the dryer not hot. and she was being a wise ass telling me «oh you put it on medium» hmm yeah. its my baby stuff never put them on high. she didn’t want to give me credit. fine. I’m okay. karma is a bitch! After that she didn’t even put the out of order sign. and couple people using it and she had to give 3 people credit. and happened on more dryer. KARMA! today I use this machine(42) no water since the wash and rinses. told her. and she’s being nasty again told me that the machine was fine. she used it before. oh I was so pissed and told her stop being nasty! Its not about the money. its about wasting my time at laundromat!!! The owner need to step up and train these people!!! And when I asked for my credit coz I need to wash my clothes again. she told me to shut up and go somewhere else to wash my clothes!!! And spoke with her language with other customer. eventhou I don’t understand I know she’s talking $*** about me. So so rude!!! Guess what? When I do one more cycle without soap. there’s still a loooot of soap on my laundry and my son has a sensitive skin! When the customer who talked s*** with her saw my laundry still has a lot of soap/bubbles. she kept her mouth shut!

Love this laundromat! Big, fairly clean, helpful staff. Like using the card system, it’s much better than handling dirty quarters. Parking! Only wish it had a sink — it loses one star for lacking that.

Great place with LOTS of machines. Like other reviews state there is a card you have to purchase to work the machines. i didn’t know that the first time I went and walked in with rolls of quarters but the lady was nice enough to explain the process, I bought my card and i was on my way. All laundry done within 1−½ hours; it was a lot of laundry. I like this place a lot mostly because it’s open 24 hours! It was recently painted and looks nice, they could do a better job of walking around and keeping the place and machines clean though. There’s machines with liquid detergent and softener all over the top. But overall, best place for me with location and hours. I don’t mind paying a little more because this place is worth it. They do have flat screens but the only one they have on is near the cashier, the lady that does all the drop off service laundry. There is an ATM, soda machine and arcade games. In the back area there are gumball machines for the kiddos.

For the price it isn’t that bad. Good for those big loads. You gotta buy a card but you get money back on it.

One thing that I’ve noticed one cannot live without in the Bronx is a laundromat. Coming from the land of in-unit washers and dryers, I had no idea what I was in for. I came across this laundromat because it’s close to the Bronx Park East station(for the 2 train), and they have a rather large parking lot. So, I filled my car to the brim with laundry and trucked it on over. This place is probably the best laundromat I’ve seen so far(and I’ve checked out quite a few in this area). It’s very big, clean, has lots of machines(both washers and dryers), and even a few arcade games(I think one is Ms. Pac Man). I went there on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy — I was able to get everything done in about an hour. Their parking is free(yay!) and their prices aren’t too bad(a little higher than some nearby, but a lot nicer too). The downside is that you have to buy a little«credit card» for $ 5(cash only) and then you can add money to it in $ 5 increments. It gives you $ 3 of the initial $ 5, and then when you give the card back(you can keep it for as long as you want and recharge it, etc), you get the last $ 2 back. They have several dollar changers(in case you bring in a $ 20 and need to fill your card), and(of course) sell laundry needs as well. They also have drop off service. They claim to be open 24 hours, so if you’re up at 3am and need to do your laundry, you could drive over and do it there.
