Ok I would say 2.5 stars in reality. Alfie’s is a place for locals. It’s not fancy or trendy. There is pool table, darts, and a jukebox. There is a limited beer selection but they do have a decent liquor selection. It’s not overpriced. No one bothers you. It does resemble a basement from the 70s. There is also a really good bartender here.

The best place to kick back, enjoy good company and great drinks. Multiple TV’S for fantastic sports coverage. Pool table, darts, pinball, video golf and more. Computer jukebox with any tune you want to hear. Where friendly people meet to enjoy a break from the everyday BS.

White trash sh*t hole. I grew up in dive bars like this. It’s filled with violent Bronx trailer trash that I’ve had the displeasure of working with. I won’t say names or what city job. But if you live in Throggs Neck in the Bronx, you can figure out who I’m talking about. It’s also a drug prone location. So unless you’re looking to cop blow or weed, avoid this dump like your life depends on it.

I love really shitty grungy dive bars so when I walked in for the first time my eyes sparkled. The have a pool table with 2 cue sticks and one of them is warped so if you’re friendly you share, if you’re competitive you grab and with somebody who’s never been there you grab the straight one and let your friend deal with it. It’s also great for people watching if you happen to not be the only people there that night. The bartenders are great and the prices are great. The music is great as well and it’s not too loud. Did I just sound old? I like to be able to talk to my friends! Oh they have darts, too and a scale which insists that you are only 70 pounds :)

Wings !! It’s the old school neighborhood spot! Old skool meets college over a beer and football! This spot is only fun when you come with a local but hell its a good time!
