Stand up place w/​a great location. The service for drinks was beyond expectation. I enjoyed the new shuffleboard/​bowling game they had… I don’t even know who paid for it… But it was free. This is a go to bar if you live in the area and especially if you have places to go on the 6 train.

Great New Bar! Making the neighborhood a better place
This bar opened the day before Thanksgiving 2014. It replaced an neighborhood eyesore closed because of back taxes. The renovation is great! Clean, friendly, strong drinks and a couple TVs for various sports.
The owners could NOT be nicer! One offered me and my friends shots both times I’ve been there. The bartenders are a group of sweet young ladies that are cool and never leave your cup empty for long. Dave on Sunday is a funny guy.
I really hope this place stays a little more hip then the old school pubs around the area. I’ve lived in this area for a while and don’t feel like I have a local watering hole. Here’s hoping! Best of luck BL.
p. s. I hope they get rid of the old lady stemware. Why do pubs have those old school grandma glasses???
