Bennys Famous Pizzeria

I’ve been going to this shop since I was like 5 yrs old. I really love the food here. Benny knows me very well and my family. I have no problem when he is there. But when there are other people working there when he isn’t it’s a total different story. I didn’t want to write this but the other workers are terrible. I called for delivery and gave my order the person asked for my address then said no. I told him what’s the problem you always deliver here. They didn’t have a excuse so just went through with it. When I got my food I gave a good tip. My pizza taste like cardboard. It was so thin and nasty. It was a new delivery person I never seen before to. Overall I’ll never order food again from there unless Benny is behind the counter. The next time I see Benny I’ll let him no cause this been happening for a long time now I just don’t say anything. When Benny is there everyone is a hard worker.

Pizza is just right for ur money garlic bread is good as well the guy over the counter could be friendlier I guess but in this area I get why he’s not so friendly. And he could use Gloves to touch the money and the food

Service sucks… I was hung up on while I asked the person who was taking my order to hold on, while I added up the meal because the pricing was wrong according to the allmenu my order should’ve been $ 15 however I was charged $ 17. When I called back to ask about the pricing difference I was told «so don’t order it» I’m sorry no thank you I will not be ordering there again.

It’s OK pizza for a real cheap price compared to other places. It will do if you only have $ 3 or $ 9 for a pie which is extremely cheap for NYC in general. Yet the customer service is abysmal! They wouldn’t even deliver to my grandma’s apartment DOWN THE BLOCK because it was «too cold outside.» Literally 3 minutes away. I guess they didn’t want the money.

I walked in many times and walked right back out due to the price for one slice.
But I wanted my kids to taste real pizza and not Little Caesar’s. I waited 15 min (I THINK) for a REAL JUST MADE PIZZA. The small pie that fed me and my 3 children was $ 9.00 and it was a good size for a «small». It tasted so good so good so good finger licking good.
I will definitely go back just for another pie.

Benny’s have not been Unilocaled? That ends today. I love how polite they are with their service. Since I lived here a long time pizza shops have came and went but this shop outlasted them all.
Quality of the pizzas is really good. They have much better tasting pizza than the Little Caesar’s on the other side of white plains road.
