How do you get two different orders on two separate occasions so wrong? On the first order, i ordered garlic knots with my dinner which were missing and when i called to alert them they sent Zeppoles. How they rectified it by sending a wrong item AGAIN is beyond my comprehension. Is anyone there paying attention? Today i ordered a COMBO pie AKA Josephs Special and instead i get a Meat Lovers pie, and they insist that i got it wrong? Gone are the good old days when the older italian lady always got the order on point and delivered excellent customer service along with love with the order. I guess it is under new management then. Ugghh!

This place sucks… the burger was hard and burned, they sent two ketchup packs for an order of 2 cheeseburger deluxe w/fries, when I SPECIFICALLY asked for condiments for two. No napkins, mayo or anything. The wings were half way decent, a bit salty but nothing special. The blue cheese dressing was just a mess. To make all matters worse, it took them an hour and a half to deliver when I was only a block or two away. When I called repeatedly to check on the order, I was told first that the order wasn’t placed, second she hung up on me and third time I got an apology because she heard my anger in my tone and then 20 mins later the food arrived cold and dry. Ugh!

Since i was little 10 yrs old i always ordered from this pizza shop no complaints silvia always knew what to say and her costumer service always on point… today i ordered a large pie half bbq chicken half cheese and when i opened the pizza box i felt like my childhood was crushed. The pizza looked like no one put love into it and im sure silvia was not there. The pizza had almost no chicken and no cheese and almost no bbq sauce. So dissapointing i called and told the owner just to please check the product before sending it out and maybe he has a new cook or something since i know they can do better then what they sent me today…
