Burger King

If it was possible to give NO STARS I would. They are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and full of nothing but attitude. The service is slow and the manager has a nonchalant attitude and has no customer service skills. The person at the drive thru will be having multiple different conversation while taking the order then pretend as if she cannot hear all the while watching though the window. The staff needs a reality check and if they HATE their jobs this mouth they should look for other opportunity. STAY AWAY IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!

My church is located 3 blocks from this location. As you can see from Umar B’s review from almost 2 years ago NOTHING has changed. The employees move slow as molasses. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 people on line or 15. They will not rush and usually the order is wrong! So please check your order before leaving. Also, i found out that if you pay by CC or Debit card and you request a refund they will ask you for your card back to place the «credit» back on the card. Don’t trust them… When checking my account the next day the young lady recharged the card! So if possible pay by cash… Don’t worry about asking for a «manager» as it is like talking to an ordinary employee. I have not tried the drive thru as I would not trust the order to be right!

I live not that far away from this BK and the reason why I give it one star is because of their total lack of professional behavior and disrespectful attitudes towards their customers. The lines be incredibly long, they take their own sweet time upon taking your order and when you finally get their attention they react condescendingly like your really spoiling their day when your trying to get their attention. When I asked kindly to use their restroom they copped an attitude and took at least 10 minutes to open the bathroom door with their key and their was an elderly man right in back of me that had to use the restroom which I find of them very inconsiderate of them. Although I give them credit for cleanliness and keeping the place up but in terms of professionalism and being courteous to their customers thats when they fail. Come here to this BK expect a long line and rude behavior from its workers.

I remember coming here many times as a kid with my family as it was the only fast food restaurant in the Wakefield section of the Bronx for over three decades (now there are two McDonalds locations in the area). The food is typical Burger King fare, and the sizeable dining space is great. Yes there were tragedies here during the early 1980s when a cashier was killed during a robbery. That tragedy which shocked the neighborhood as it was pretty much an oasis of safety and security in the Bronx, but the customers came back to support a local business. The place has been remodeled a few times since my earliest memories, and the service today is not as great as it used to be (my last visit was in February 2008), but regardlessly the memories of good times at this burger joint still live on.
