This place has actually gotten 100 times better, ever since the update renovation. Don’t come during lunch on school days because it’s crowded but not a madhouse due to security on premises. Food is cooked fresh and the staff is mediocre. No customer service skills. They need to realize that thank you and have a good day go a long way. Drive thru service is quick and the premises is always pretty clean. Good parking and a 7eleven right next door.

They renovated the place within the last year and it looks so much nicer and cleaner. They employees are nice and the drive thru moves quickly. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude managers. They treat the employees like crap and I felt bad for the cashier cause she was doing all the work while 2 managers barked orders at her and they just were standing around«supervising». Even when she asked them to help her, one seemed all frazzled and didn’t even know which size drinks were which. Makes me wonder how he became a manager. Anyhow, If I’m in the mood for Burger King, this is the one I go to. Also, with the renovations, they added a few tvs which are tuned onto News 12 all day and they also have a security guard present. I’m guessing to keep the high school kids from hanging out and causing trouble.

I stopped eating here when someone I knew who worked here told us some pretty gross stuff about the place/what he did to the food. Before I knew about that though, the food was fine and I never got sick. A lot of Lehman kids hanging around late afternoon.

Surprisingly nice burger king with lots of dark hidden corners where mischief can happen. I like that. They’ve got a Wurlitzer and a fifties car booth thinger. I ordered my jr. Whopper meal TOSTAY but they gave it to me TOGO(one pet peeve of mine) so I had lots of paper and ketchup packets to add to the landfill when I was finished. I love the Bronx.
