Love it been coming here for a ling time. Staff is friendly place is clean, and food is good! They attend to problems fast especially when a game gets stuck Like eats your token or doesn’t give you your tickets. Chuckee comes around a lot and gives out tickets.

We had a birthday party for my son and it was wonderful! The food was great, the service was great, and the staff was very attentive. The party manager Devon came around to assure everything was going to according to planned. Wasn’t crowded (maybe because of the time I booked; it was a 12:30party)!

We had a birthday party here for my son and he had a great time.
The food was good. The service was also great, our hostess was on point for the time slot we reserved.
It did get very packed though .
I really don’t have complaints about this place, but you have to wonder why they have NYPD here at the front door in a children’s establishment.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. This location could use more games as well as games with more action. Nonetheless this location offers a fun place for you and your kids to spend some family time together. Please keep up the good work! Continue to be welcoming and approachable. I like this location. Very fun but to small. The games all worked for us. The service is slow when packed. The bathroom was filthy but there was allot of kids. The soda was flat… They just went down 2 stars.
They took an hour and some change to bring me my food. That was a long ass time because we was So hungry and stopped there to EAT and play not STARVE
The one at Grand concourse is way better.

It was decent for place for the kids to waste all their energy before they went home haha I’ve had better Pizza but again, this was super decent for the kids. We went there for my cousin’s 6th bday family get together. It wasn’t really a party so we didn’t rent out the birthday party space they had. It seemed like no one did because that whole side was empty. We only had 5 kids with us.

Grandson had a super, super time cried like crazy when we had to leave. Food service was HORRIBLE, got part of order had to ask for rest of order 3 times b4 having to go to kitchen and stand there for 15 min while they. Total time for other half of order 1 hr and 25 min. Needles to will not be ordering any meals from CHUCK E CHEESE!!!

OK, so neither the arcade nor the pizza are «God-​tier». BUT, that doesn’t mean CEC isn’t good. If anything, I’d give Chuck E Cheese’s a lot of praise for setting an example for the basic concept of a family arcade. And given their consistently low prices, and frequent freebie/​discount opportunities, CEC is great in that caters to those who like to stay on a tight, frugal budget. And even with better arcades & pizza out there, CEC will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. :)
P. S. If I know frozen pizza, CEC pizza is NOT frozen. It’s better than Pizza Hut, I’ll give you that much. ;)

The kids love it and for a token valued at $ 0.25 per game/​ride, how can you go wrong? One thing I always make sure to do is get there at opening and be out by noon! Funny enough, during our last visit, the gentleman who works there says he does the same thing with his own child. The fact is after a certain time you have the parents who just let their children let loose trickling in. Think you all get my point! And yes this location is quite small as someone has mentioned. However, I’ve never had any issues with cleanliness and the place is a good value for entertainment for the kids.

The location is convenient however having so many broken games is hugely inconvenient. One too many machines stole our tokens and when I spoke to a guy about it he had an attitude like its my fault. Never again, I’ll find another outlet for kids gaming.

Kind of surprised after seeing all the advertisments for this place. This location is pretty small. Not much of a selction of games for the kids. Food is terrible! Would think twice about coming back!

I love Chuck E. Cheese! The slogan should be «Where a parent can be a kid.» LOL The pizza was just OK but edible and the salad bar was dee-​lish. Very fresh. Love the choices in the beverage station — light lemonade, unsweetened and sweetened iced teas, different sodas and water. My son loved the big mechanical Chuck E. All games are just 1 token! What more can you ask for??? You can make a print out of yourself/​your kid for 1 token as a sketch or on a collectible card. They have skee ball and table hockey. It can get a little rowdy and loud with all the kids but its a fun environment.

The last time I was at Chuck’s it was my nephew’s birthday party, we had so much fun and when I saw video games I was the big kid, I was supposed to be watching the kids but the kids were watching me. LoL
It was a great day.
