Ordered 8 items. When asked for a couple of trays to carry them, they were tossed with an attitude. Blizzards are nice, but the service at this location sucks:(

Stopped here for one of the«world famous» blizzards I kept hearing about on tv. They had several different sizes which were listed by price and not the size itself which was weird. I ordered the one for $ 3.79. There’s another price underneath it and then 3 different prices above it. I told the cashier that it was my first time here and asked if I had to pick what went into my blizzard or if they flavors were prearranged. She didn’t respond but just pointed her finger to the sign on the counter listing the flavors. I didn’t have time to be annoyed with the customer service so I choose the Oreo blizzard. It was made super fast. As a matter of fact, I received it before I was even able to finish putting my change in my purse. It was handed to me upside down. That’s apparently how they serve it. Anyway, it was ok I guess. Regular vanilla ice cream mixed withe oreos. Basically a McFlurry. I’d purchase it again.

Employee made a serious mistake and gave my daughter peanut butter cookie dough instead of plain cookie dough which she ordered. My daughter had a serious allergic reaction after one bite. Manager was inconsiderate. Reported the incident to Dairy Queen corporate.

Coming here I never see improvement in their service. Ordered a chili cheese dog and they gave me a regular hot dog. I proceeded to wait over 5 mins to get my order only to see them microwave the hot dog, chili and cheese. It was super soggy and unappetizing. They also provided no apology for the mistake and wait. They need to be audited.

I expect nothing less than to indulge in that hit-the-spot 3-minte wait sugar and oil delight. But as much as I hate to admit I am wrong, I was foolish to think I could satisfy my cravings and curiosity. Don’t misunderstand, I don’t mean to come off as an entitled B who expects 5-star high-quality food from a Dairy Queen… But man… First off, it gets VERY crowded during evening and weekends. During my first visit the lines were disorganized and my order got lost and I had to wait a total of 15 minutes to get a chili dog. Although it was good, the staff did not even apologize and even looked annoyed. The staff seem very unmotivated and give off the«I hate to be here» vibes. The ratio to staff preparing«chill» drinks and staff preparing«grill» food items are very off… They seem to focus more so on the drinks than the food. Dairy Queen is known for their blizzards and chillers and yes, they are amaaazzzinggggg but only because it seems the work-distribution is centered around the drinks. The drinks come out in less than 2 minutes, but the food… Forget about it. While I enjoy the option of choosing your cheese(American, Swiss, and my personal fave Pepperjack) on the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, I’m not very fond of waiting so long for fast food and receiving major attitude. But hey, it is in a food court of a mall in the Bronx…
