Horrible establishment. I came in to purchase a pair of shades, after purchasing the shades I looked on line to see that they charged me over $ 200 above the MRSP and then gave me 30% off to bring the price down to the MRSP. Which means I never saved anything off the shades. I came in for my refund so that I can go purchase the shades off sunglass hut which were still cheaper then what they charged me. Manager was very unprofessional and rude after the altercation. I had to call 911 to rectify the issue. In the future look online before buying anything to see what’s the actual retail selling price!

Sorry I don’t know who you guys dealt with but I been coming here for years. I can only speak for the girl I deal with her name is Josie. She’s always been good to my family and I. Never had a problem here. and we come very often. We buy glasses or sometimes ill bring her some frames and she‘ll just put in the lens.

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. WARNING!!! Do not go here if you value your money. The frames are overpriced and they charged me $ 1,550 for 2 pairs of glasses (believe or not, this was including a free frame) and they could not get the lenses correct. They had scratches and I gave them the opportunity to fix them twice and they still sent them back wrong and refused to issue a refund. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I have 2 pairs of glasses that looked as if the lenses were done by a blind person with scratches and cuts on the lenses and edges of the lenses and I cannot wear the glasses. Please do not go here if you value your money. I have never had such a horrible experience with any other eyewear company.

I totally agree with Steve P. and A.A. They are horrible. My contacts and glasses was not what I wanted. I’ve called Care Credit to complain. They didn’t charge me for the contacts that they still messed up the second time. The doctor their didn’t give me a complete eye exam. I’m not sure what Optometry school she attended, but her money was wasted.
My service with them was great in the beginning. I use to go their for about 5 years. I don’t know what went wrong. I will never return every again.

Do not even consider going here!!! I can start by telling you that they care about absolutely NOTHING except taking you for as much money as they can and will do anything it takes including LYING to you to do it!!! They will promise that your glasses will be ready by a certain date which will not happen! After FINALLY getting the glasses the prescription was WRONG and they INSISTED that it was correct and I «just needed to get used to them». After proving that THEY made the glasses with the WRONG prescription they sent them out to be corrected and of course the wait begins again… actually there is so much more to say but there is not enough space here to tell you why YOU SHOULD NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself time, money and aggravation and STAY AWAY FROM DESIGNER OPTICAL!!!

Horrible business practices! Yes you have to beware of the lady with the blonde hair. They wanted to charge my insurance for an eye exam AND lenses even though I only had an eye exam. I’ll NEVER go back there again! They don’t realize people have choices and they are not the only eyeglass store around. I went there for convenience, but next time I’ll travel further for quality customer service and respect. After seeking clarification elsewhere, it turns out the blonde lady was WRONG about billing my insurance. YES THEY DO OVERCHARGE. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE!
