They give you a hard time when you ask for your prescription. They give you attitude. They made me wait forever for a piece of paper.

On Feb, 2015, i made my first purchase in this store which was a Tory Burch frame with prescription lenses (more than $ 400 as total). The service was nice and i got my eyeglasses done after 2 days. Couple months later i lost my eyeglasses and i came back to this store to purchase a new one. I CLEARLY told the sales person that i wanted the SAME thing that i ordered last time and i would not take anything else. The sales person pulled out a copy of my receipt back in Feb to see the details and he PROMISED me he would give me the EXACT same thing. But this time, my bill was more than $ 500 because as he said he charged me the tax in this time which i had no idea why they did not charge me the tax last time. But i was ok with this anyway and my bank was withdrawn the money on 10/​13/​2015.
Couple days later they called me and said the frame i wanted was discontinued and they wanted me to pick another frame. I said — as i already said CLEARLY in the beginning — that i only wanted the EXACT same thing and the sales person also PROMISED me that. Due to the fact that he failed his promise to me, i wanted 100% money refund but he refused to refund to me and offered me either store credit or waiting for him to order another Tory Burch frame (different color). He also said that i could wait to see how much i like the new color frame and if i don’t like it, i can pick another frame or getting store credit.
I waited for him to order that frame for me. 1 week later i called back couple times and even came to the store couple times to check, he said he HAD NO IDEA when that frame gonna arrive. Then i told him i could not wait (i need it for work) and i picked another frame available in store instead. Another week passed, no one called me to pick up my eyeglasses so i was pissed. I called and asked to talk to the manager. She promised me she would have it done within the next 2 days and someone gonna call me.
Today is November 1 (20 days after the day they took my money in full) and no one ever called me. I paid for everything in full and they keep making me waiting for my eyeglasses and never tell me the approximate time that i can come to pick up. As being consulted by my bank specialist, if they do not contact me by next week, i will fill in the fraudulent claim to my bank to get my money back.
I do not recommend this store to anyone. They do not appreciate repeat business from repeat customer. And to make it worse, the customer service is extremely bad and i am feeling this is a business fraud!

This place is just horrible, i broke my glasses and the lady in there front was no help and plus she was just rude and unprofessional, i highly recommend NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE, it would be a waste of your time and money. i literally made account to let place people know how bad is this place.

The only reason I am giving this store a 1 star is because of a recent incident with a new sales person (if you want to call Illiana a sales person). I won’t elaborate on my interaction with her but she’s doesn’t know the meaning of the customer is always right… even when the customer is wrong. Just a note to Vladimir… you should let your staff know that whenever you have an upset customer. should try to calm that customer not pissed them off even more by having your sales person Illiana tell the customer that she doesn’t work for them or to that she’ll do something whenever she wants to get it done… or to go as far as to laugh in the customers face when they;re being helped by another sales manager. The only reason I continue to go to this store is because of Sabrina. She actually knows how to treat customers with the respect that they deserve. The new sales «Girls» that you have working there should be sent back to basic training where they don’t have to deal with customers face-​to-​face or maybe in a stock room in the basement. With this being said… Illiana…You’re the Worst!!!
