Domino’s Pizza

I would give 0 stars if I could, I ordered at 7:30 and it is now 10:30 and I still do not have my food.

Ordered online @9:54PM after waiting an hour I decided to call the store just to be placed on hold for an additional 15 mins, I had my boyfriend call and they answered his phone call while still keeping me on hold saying they don’t know what happened our order. If this wasn’t already paid for I would’ve canceled it so its now 11:43PM and still haven’t received anything, but they feel that giving us a free pie will make up for lost time, OH and I’m only 4 blocks away also.

Horrible place, staff. They get my order wrong then give attitude when you call them to let them know. Not to mention it took over 2 hrs to get my order only for the order to be wrong.

Great Sausage & Pepper Hero and a peaceful place to sit down and eat it. Very clean establishment. Good service.

do not order from this dominos. i just called to explain to the «manager» what had happened and instead of trying to figure out what we can do he hung up the phone and was really rude. never ordering again from this dominos. truely unprofessional.
2 hour wait time !!! once again ordered and its been an 2 hours now since i ordered and nothing. called almost an hour ago and said food was onmw but been waiting the 2^nd hour and notbing at all. im getting sleeping now.

One star for the coupon I was able to use but holy crap is this place horrible! I was there to pick up an order and every employee looked at me and didn’t even ask me if I needed assistance. And I glanced over at the people making the pizzas! It was so unsanitary! She had stains all over her hands and had rings and watches on and I thought it was gross, she sneezed on her hands and didn’t clean them. Mind you; they charged me twice. Horrible

WARNING! Do not order from this establishment unless you want to be robbed!
I ordered food from this Dominos at 6:30pm yesterday, and at around 7:30pm I began to wonder where my food was. So I looked at the online tracker and it showed that the delivery guy had left at 6:59pm, and that my order had been delivered. I immediately called Dominos and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I finally hung up, called back, and somehow got an actual person to answer. I explained the situation and he told me that I need to have my phone on me because the delivery guy called me and I didn’t answer (which he did not), so I confirmed that they had my correct number and the man on the phone told me it would be about 15 minutes. I waited as 15 minutes passed, and then 30, and then an hour… no call. I tried calling the Dominos several more times and nobody would pick up. I’ll be disputing this charge through my bank. I’ve never had an experience like this and hope that nobody else has to. This «business» is nothing more than a way to scam you out of money.

One star because its required. Placed an order online @6:51pm it was showing online @7:07pm that it was in quality an waiting for delivery. An hr later still there. I called @8:07pm to be told that it would be another half hr before delivery. I asked could I get a fresh pizza as that one has being sitting there for an hour. He said no. Went to pick up pizza @8:23 not to be acknowledged for about 5mins as the guy behind counter was to busy on the phone! He told me that it was sent for delivery. Said I don’t want it to make me a fresh one. Well the face the guy made at me an was like are you serious… you want me to make me one from scratch. I said yes!!! Got order 15mins later no apology nothing. Place is a joke!!!

I ordered for my son at 6pm. its now 756pm. I have already cooked and fed him something else. 3 F-​ing hours. never again will I order from this place.

I called Dominos to order a medium size pizza for delivery tonight at 11:04pm. The pizza still has not arrived and I haven’t received any calls. I called twice to find out what was going on with my delivery. They said it was still on its way. That was at 11:55pm. I’ve called again twice since then and they hung up on me both times. The 3^rd time, they just kept us on hold. It is now 1am. No call and no delivery. This Dominos is very unprofessional & unreliable. I will never utilize their services ever again. I’m sorry I didn’t read the other reviews before I ordered with them. This seems like the norm for this location. How are they still in business.

The worst customer service (they get angry when they got your order wrong — on top of it taking more than a hour to get here when I live 3 blocks away). They got 4 orders in a row wrong. They forget the sides you order (dipping cups, sodas). Really tired of it — I just avoid the headache all together now and search for alternatives. Ordering dinner should be stress free.

Pointless! I find it amazing how they screw it up every time. It’s takes and hour+ And don’t even bother coming back when you call back because they forgot something as they usually do. They just don’t come back !! How do u send half the order?! This place might as well shut down. Such a waste!
