The sad thing about this place is that it has so much potential if it could see past its location.
So you’re situated right under the 6 train and not in the greatest area of the Bronx, I get it.
But YOU’RE SITUATED RIGHT UNDER THE 6 TRAIN.
In terms of potential, you have it. You can catch morning commuters and people coming from work. With great customer service your reviews and business should be stellar but instead your service is subpar. You rarely have what is being promoted and when you do it’s not presented properly.
Customer service sucks, and it’s not the language barrier it’s the lack of people skills and attention to detail.
If someone were to come in and give these people a little training, this place could be great. I’m just saying. I’d like the same service here that I can expect in Manhattan :/

I can agree with the first two reviewers, the staff really don’t speak English well and do not understand the order given to them.
Also watch out for the cash register that they don’t over charge you.
The food options are usually available and fresh.

The worst dunkin donuts first of all the employees do not speak English and treat you like trash. I asked for a buttered bagel instead they gave me a bagel with like a lb of cream cheese. The service is horrible, and the only girl that speaks English and actually does your order the way you want it they don’t let her do anything else but charge you.

I fought with whether to give this particular DD 1 or 2 stars, but the more I thought about what I look for in my food related shopping experiences, the harder I leaned toward the one. I won’t make this long and drawn out, as I actually prefer DD’s iced/​frozen drinks over most other shops, but the customer service I’ve received here has gotten worse since I moved to the area.
Like Wayne B., I was treated like a common criminal. Not only that, tonight I was skipped once (which I thought was a mistake) and the cashier would have skipped over me again had I not stood my ground. I mean, the guy looked directly behind me to take the next customer as if I didn’t exist. I’ve made the decision never to go back there again.

The service sucks! They stare at you with such contempt. I don’t think they know what the words «Thank You» mean? I have gone here for Coffee twice and was treated like a common criminal. I’ll go to the diner across the street from now on.
