Dunkin’ Donuts

This DD’s IS pretty subpar so I have to agree with Kristina H. here (see her review below).
This DD’s is almost always guaranteed to have a line, be a mess, and make your coffee slightly shitty. However, the location is super convenient as it’s located right under the ²⁄₅ Simpson train station so it’s tempting not to stop here. But if you see a huge line, I do recommend you go elsewhere though your options are quite limited around here.
I order my usual, a medium almond milk latte with one sugar (trust me, one sugar is enough. that equates to 3 sugars at DD’s) and usually I’m pretty pleased with my DD’s latte at the disgust of my inner coffee slob of course, but when I order my coffee here it’s just gross. Milk isn’t steamed properly, and it’s overall too light. Although the staff isn’t particularly mean, quality isn’t their priority so… I can’t be down with this DD’s in the Boogie Down.

I practically live in this Dunkin Donuts being that I work right across the street lol but every time I come in, the staff always have a huge smile on their faces & they always address me by name! The lines can be really long sometimes, yes and it’s very busy but it is expected being that it is in a very busy area & it’s the only Dunkin Donuts around. The staff is always very courteous though and I have absolutely no complaints! Some of the nicest people I know, honestly!

I hate to say it but for the first time ever, I have to be honest and admit that if I could give zero stars I would. There is absolutely nothing positive I could say about this location.
The staff is not friendly and seems pissed to be there. The drinks taste strange. Their iced lattes are literally just milk. Today I ordered a peach iced tea sweetened. It literally had nothing sweet about it, just a totally rancid flavor… almost toxic or poisonous.
By the donuts which are open to anything there was a huge butterfly, moth like bug that I honestly have never seen in my life. It was huge and really terrible looking. I ate two munchkins and now I wish I didn’t thinking about it.
Just disgusting, avoid at ALL costs.

This store’s service is horrible especially if you want ice cream from the Baskin and Robbins part! Why don’t they know what ice cream they have? I was in line asking for pralines and cream and the young lady has to ask if they have it. Separate the two stores and have someone work the ice cream part! They have lost me as a customer.
