This location is extremely understaffed, inattentive and the management team needs to focus on either retraining or hiring new employees. The staff will have you waiting approximately 45 minutes online when you only have a question regarding your game system to not even assist you properly and just refer you to a local electronic store on Southern Blvd. The team is also not on the same page when it comes to the return/exchange policy and are unprofessional, carrying personal conversations while customers are waiting. Overall I will no longer be visiting this location due to the lack of customer service.

It’s in the ghetto, enough said. Okay wait, maybe not enough. Lines go out the door. The employees, except for a young man named Andrew, are über slow, never smile and clearly could care less how long you are standing on said lines. They never have all the games you are looking for. Now, enough.
