Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

Really slow horrible service and really really bad attitudes. I don’t like Dunkin to start with and this experience definitely suggests to steer clear!

A little bigger, located right near the last 6 train stop. Came in for a water & got in and out fairly quickly. It was okay and no better or worse than any other I’ve been in.

Fat guy out front begging for money for something to eat. Hood rats arguing with store employees. The bathroom was nasty as hell. The toilet had feces running down the side of it lol. But whaddya gonna do? This is the Bronx after all.

They deserve at least two stars for convenience, since the 6 train and numerous bus stops are located right here. The donuts are fresh when I come here, which is usually in the afternoon. The bathroom is not the cleanest I’ve ever used (I always hold Sheetz gas station as the highest standard, this bathroom is far removed). The place is small so seating is limited. I’m not a coffee drinker so I can’t offer insight on the coffee. As far as food other than coffee goes, remember that this is first and foremost a *donut* shop.

I did not have a good experience here today. Waiting on line behind another gentleman, two other patrons walked in and stood waiting while a young lady opened up her register. She immediately acknowledged a patron of Indian decent and totally ignored the order of the line. She then proceeded to take another patron who appeared to be of the same decent’s order then WALKED AWAY. Really?! When I was finally able to place my order, the manager Rakesh and the young lady Rafeena continued what appeared to be a candid conversation, leaving me to place my simple order to Rakesh four times. (2 everything bagels, toasted with sausage and cheese)
It’s pretty clear that patrons of non-​Indian decent are not valued at this location. Never again.

You got to love the milkshake here, I just had a large vanilla shake and it was great for and evening night cap. Hey what can I say u have a sweet tooth.

You are smelly.
Your bathroom is hobo-​infested.
Your ice-​creams are ickily melted and have a ‘skin’.
Your donuts are stale.
Your coffee is burnt.
We are not friends.

Whether you have to hop onto the 6 train or one of the many buses in the Pelham Bay hub, this place is a staple for residents and visitors. This Dunkin D is in an excellent location for the morning rush. There is nothing alarming to point out, since it is clean and there are seats. I am not in love with their breakfast sandwiches, but I lean towards a sausage and egg on a croissant (no cheese) and a large hazelnut coffee — black. Remember that next time you want to treat me to breakfast. The only time I get ice cream from Baskin Robbins is during the summer.
Once in a while I’ll see a panhandler, but I have learned to ignore.
