The team went above and beyond with my move. I made arrangements to store my items at Extra Space (Edson Ave, Bronx NY) a day prior to my move. When I arrived at the storage facility about 30 minutes before closing, I thought I’d be turned away because it would surely take me longer than 30min to unload my items… so I made arrangements at ‘the storage place across the street.‘
When I arrived at Extra Space I told the manager (whose name escapes me, sorry dear), that I would need to retract my reservation as they were closing… the manager kindly looked at me and said, «absolutely not, I’ll stay late and personally help you move in to one of our units.» I was floored. It took us 1.5 hours to move all my items in the unit and she and her team helped me the entire time. Things like this don’t happen often but when they do, they are greatly appreciated.
This company is great. I HIGHLY recommend them. *Thanks so much. You made my move. literally*

This is a good location right off of the highway. The rep (Angie) was very thorough and multitasked as she was the only employee on the premises. They have good deals on the first 2 months.
