I purchased a pair of Nike Air max from this store to use for work, I was told by the sales girl that they were non slip and had great grip, I asked her what the return policy was given I needed a functional shoe for work, she said if they don’t work I can bring them back no questions asked, needless to say the shoes were slippery and I subsequently fell at work injuring my back. I went to return the shoes the following day and spoke with victor the store manager who told me that he cannot return them and to have a nice day. I informed him of the conversation I had with his sales rep and he answer was well she’s not the manager, he was very disrespectful and condescending. He said call the toll free number on the back if u have a problem. I did so and I am waiting for their customer service team to return my call. Needless to say I will never shop at this store again!
