Pretty surprised on the poor reviews. I get really good customer service. I can’t seem to remember my waiters name but he was awesome. I actually spilled my drink and made a huge mess and he got us a new table without even being upset. He got all of our orders and he got them quickly. Probably what could’ve been done differently is give us our appetizer 10 minutes before our actual meal so we can actually eat it. However, it was good. Went on a Monday around 7pm, def would go again.

Hell, nah! I only came here because I had a gift card. I’ve been waiting for my food for 30 mins and counting. A bunch of immature grown men working here. Won’t be back ever!!!

I came here about 30 mins before they closed and the doors were already locked. I looked at a waiter and he signaled some sort of cut throat signal I’m not even sure what he was trying to say but it’s frustrating to come here when they’re supposed to be open and get turned away at the door …

silverware we had breakfast and had to ask for silverware. Very disappointing not organized service. too expensive for food. low to moderate food quality. Only thing good is makes other businesses a better choice.

This location is usually packed but for once I actually have to give this place 5 stars and here’s why
PROS
–this time there were no wait lines (I went between 1pm-2pm)
–our waiter was quick and was sincere about serving my brother and I
–we completely ordered things off from the menu and ihop allowed us to order. (We had chicken&french toast!)
— everything we ordered came out to under 20 bucks ^_^
No cons here I was satisfied from start to finish
