Came here in the early afternoon for my favorite fried chicken snack: one breast. The man behind the counter was exceedingly polite and professional. He was cleaning inside the kitchen and stopped to wash his hands and take my order. The chicken was piping hot, but not in a it-was-freshly-deep-fried kind of way. It was more piping hot in a it’s-been-sitting-directly-under-the-heat-lamp kind of way. The chicken tasted kind of watered down, and it was hard to enjoy. Not that I won’t come back to give it a second chance…
