I order 20 pieces of chicken. I was told that in my bucket would have 5 breast, thigh, legs and wings. When I checked it, it had 10 wings, 3 legs, 4 breast, and 3 thighs. My side orders (fries, and mac and cheese) could have been better. The fries are hard and mac and cheese tasted watery. When I called back the store to complaint, I receive no answer. Pity

The worst! I sat in the drive-​thru «fast» food line for 40 minutes last night! The only reason I didn’t just leave was because there were ppl behind me. When I got to the window the girl that was suppose to be making the food was leaned on a counter drinking from the soda machine. The worst :(

Horrible horrible service you would think this place would live up to idea of being considered fast food. Wrong it took them 19mins just to bring me my order of 3 tacos… really slow service each time I come here

To start this off, i only come here because it’s the only taco-​bell near me.
But they can NEVER seem to get it right here!
The KFC is amazing, I’ve never had an issue when i order chicken, mash potatoes, mac and cheese, etc. It’s always fresh and tasty. BUT the taco-​bell is never up to par. I can never have a decent taco. I NEVER get from the fresh batch. I keep giving them chances but i do not know why.
At other taco-​bells i usually get the chalupas. But at this taco-​bell it’s disgusting. The only thing i have tried from here that didn’t disgust me was the Doritos Loco taco and the Cooler Ranch. Maybe because the flavors were so intense i didn’t care for the lack of freshness?

I’ve been coming to this taco bell for
Years. Lately the food has been terrible. The rice in the burritos would be hard and stale. The beans tend to not be stirred correctly. Portion sizes are always off. The lettuce warm and soggy. I’m always left disappointed. I blame the current batch of employees who probably don’t work well together. Avoid this place early in the day or you’ll get served stale dry left over food products from the night before.

This taco bell-​KFC restaurant is in my neighborhood. I used to go there alot. Mostly for taco bell. I know and have experienced that they are not consistent in how they prepare the food and its freshness. One day I would try a bean burrito and it would taste great, cheese melted in with the beans. The next time, the beans would have hard pieces in every 2 bites, like if they hadn’t made a fresh batch of beans for hours. I’ve never left that taco bell feeling that the service was great. I would say Mediocre, sometimes even less. But if you’re having that craving I guess you can take a chance.

It’s Taco Bell. It’s not fine cuisine, and not real cheap eats either, but it’s a guilty pleasure of mine. I absolutely love the Tacos/​Nachos supreme. There’s something about crunchy shells, cheap meat, and sour cream that pulls at my heart (or stomach) stings.
This particular location is doubly dangerous because you can get your taco bell fix AND your KFC fix all in the same spot. Talk about making a run for the toilet? Dangerous, yet tasty!

I love you guys, you are all nice, but the rats are back!
It’s totally cringing especially when I am stuck in the drive thru behind a car with the anticipation to make sight of another rat running pass my car! A big problem indeed but u guys fixed it and they were gone for years.
This is usually the only KFC I go to. They provide friendly service but I’m not coming back for awhile!
Also, what is up with KFC not giving a drink along with their value meals. Let corporate know that makes no sense at all!
