Wendy’s

They don’t offer the chicken sandwich with the Wendy’s 4 for 4 deal, as advertised in the commercials.

This location is AWFUL. Why can you hear the attitude in the drive thru attendants voice through the speaker? When i finished ordering, she had the nerve (with an attitude of course) to ask if i wanted to donate to something (I couldnt even hear the name of the cause because I was too busy trying to figure out why she had so much attitude in her throat). NO I DO NOT WISH TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING MORE BECAUSE YOUR COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE AT THE MOMENT.
This is not a customer friendly place. This lady rolled her eyes as she handed me my change… Now if I was rude, I would totally understand the vibe she was giving off, but I have made it a point to be polite to the people who handle my food. At 3:50pm on 9.15.15, whoever was working the drive thru was miserable with life. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and said maybe she was just having a bad day… until I pulled up to window number two and the next lady had just as much attitude. Miserable employees = unhappy customers.
Oh yeah, the food was blah. Ordered two full salads and both orders had half of the chicken missing. FAIL. I won’t be going back to this location.

I have been buying Wendy’s Strawberry Field salads since they begun serving them seasonally; but I notice that three of them in the Bronx have been skimping on the ingredients. I would like to know if the company is cutting back or if the employees are helping themselves. Either way I’m not spending over six dollars for lettuce!

I asked for no onions and they still put them on when i went back they mad bcuz i conplained. They are very rude all the way up to the manager

The line was long. Food took way too long to come out, as they only had one cashier available. When I received my order, it was okay. I’ve had better. No Wi-​Fi. WTF? That’s a sticking point these days. I know its Wendys where they make everything fresh to order, but believe me, the service really isn’t great when I went. They serve breakfast, and are open to 2AM sun-​thurs and 3AM fri, sat.

When I think about the food, it’s Wendy’s. What makes this place stand apart is a great area, ample parking, clean environment inside and out, air conditioning and the highest restaurant inspection rating-​A.
Expect to wait because service sucks so there is always a line. Which can be interpreted as high customer demand or short staffing during peak times.

What Can I say about wendy’s? I enjoy coming here and I prefer this place over Mcdonalds or Burger King. I love that they added breakfast and the new additionals to the menu like the chili cheese fries and the shakes. Love this place.

Ok, it’s a Wendy’s but I like the service a couple employees give at this location. They are always smiling and prompt with service. The food takes a little long to come out at times but I can’t be mad because the food is fresh. We all know what the menu is like so just know that you can’t go wrong with this Wendy’s.

This my spot! I love Wendy’s and this is the closest one to where I live. They never fail me… I remember there was a point where I was here like 3 times a week… Their food is always fresh and service is always polite. Open till 2 am at the drive through, couldn’t ask for a better late night run… Wendy’s alone speaks for itself, but this wendy’s is great! :)
Side note — This is not the typical fast food joint that has your food ready as soon as you finish putting in your order. They do make it fresh, so prepare for a 3 – 5 min wait, depending on what you order.
