The worst customer service. I purchased vinyl flooring; 9 boxes had broken product within. (Cheap in quality) They gave me a hard time replacing what was damaged. The spanish girl was rude and disprespectful. Go to Home Depot even if you pay a few cents more.

I ordered my laminate floors via online. when my order was ready for pick up, derrick a sales associate called me to inform me that my order was ready. When I asked him if all my flooring was from the same date (which having the same date is important to avoid diffrence in color and look), he informed me that it was not. he inormed me that he was going to look into the system to see if there was another store that carried all the laminates that were manifactored on the same day. in less than 15 mins, he called me back and told me that the store in brooklyn has my complete order but the round rounds and I can pick it up from there. he inofmred him that it was too far for me to travel and the cost of the car service would be too much. he called me later that day to inform me that they will provide me with home delivery at no cost to me. saving me almost $ 400.00 in shipping charges. The next day i had my floors and my quarter rounds was fedex and delivered on a weds. i am very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again. Derrick went above and beyond the call of duty. I was very surprised because i ordered my stuff via online and never went to a store and recieved great customer service from Derrick. Derrick if you ever read this. thanks so much and you fing rock dude…
